For any daily needs, Xiao Qin responded promptly and handled everything efficiently and reliably. The check-out process was simple and efficient, without any unnecessary steps. The environment is quiet and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the price is excellent. The meticulous service made my trip much less tiring, and such a warm and welcoming accommodation experience is rare. The bathroom is also impressive; the toilet features a heated seat, and the shower offers excellent water pressure and hot water. Additionally, there is a self-service laundry facility available for guests to wash and dry their clothes. The breakfast is superb, featuring local cuisine that is quite filling, though not Western. I rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10 and will undoubtedly return in the future.

The sound insulation is average. The windows are designed with drainage holes, which causes noise from outside the window to be transmitted in. There are also problems with the design of the pipes in the building. The sound of running water will be transmitted when taking a shower or flushing the toilet upstairs. The sound in the next room was bearable... the soundproofing was really lonely. Service: The service is indeed good, and the front desk is very polite. However, the permission to upgrade the room should not be honored. The reason should be clearly informed to the guest when booking a room.

The hotel was spotless, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all amenities were provided. The staff thoughtfully recommended local restaurants and sightseeing routes; the attention to detail was impeccable, and my stay was very warm and welcoming. This hotel is absolutely fantastic!

We had a good experience with the 2-day stay. They provide good facilities for pingpong, pool table and swimming pool. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide delicious breakfast with a lot of option. It is very nice place to stay in Shangqiu city.

This place was just as I expected. For anyone who has not stayed at such a place, I want to clarify the description. This is a hostel. There is a single toilet and shower for the entire floor. You can lock the door and take a shower or use the toilet, but you may need to wait your turn. There is also a single sink outside of the bathroom for the entire floor to use. Management is very nice. They do not speak English and are not familiar with the process for registering foreign guests. In the end we asked them to take pictures of our passports and visas and figure it out later.
