The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

The hotel is in a bustling street, parking is convenient, transportation is convenient, the front desk staff is warmly received, and the service is very good. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the disposable slippers, the toothbrush was very thick, and the air conditioning effect was very good. The breakfast buffet is hygienic, rich and delicious, the restaurant aunt is warmly received, and a wonderful stay.

酒店地理位置挺好的，不在鬧市區但吃飯很方便，附近有條美食街能不用等位就吃到嵊州當地的特色小吃，品種很多，都是名廚現做的，住的幾天天天吃也不太重樣，太好吃了。房間很寬敞，住得比較舒服的，酒店門口是個大的停車場，車位有點緊張，遇到過一次沒位子了，前台小姐姐讓出了自己的車位給我們。地下停車場聽前台講使用起來挺繁瑣的，客人自己不能免費使用。衞生狀況勉強還行，剛進入房間的時候有點驚訝，咖啡桌和小邊桌上一片油漬，叫來打掃阿姨希望清潔消毒下，但阿姨回話讓用餐巾紙擦擦就行。房間傢俱和床頭我都是自己擦拭的，擦出來很多灰和臟，可以肯定的是房間沒有預先擦過就安排客人入住了，估計衹換了下床上用品而已，奇怪的是居然沒有客房經理檢查？到了晚上吃完飯回房間還看見阿姨沒下班在清潔別的房間，想來工作量是非常大的，沒時間做到細緻規範。

I found this hotel on a whim while traveling here. It was affordable, the room was clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, which didn't affect my sleep at all. My requirements for a hotel are good air conditioning, clean rooms, consistent shower water, and good soundproofing. I basically met all of these requirements. The breakfast selection wasn't too extensive, about a dozen, and at 10 yuan per person, it was a reasonable price and more than enough to fill me up. Very convenient.

The hotel in general was nice and good location, my train to Hangzhou was canceled and one of the workers helped me so much to book a taxi and he had helped me to get soap for ourselves as It was missing, the service was more than excellent If I ever come back I know which hotel to use again

Basically, it is a three-star level. The room is changed with a double bed, and there is one less bedside table. The sanitation is average. The lighting is dim and the location is close to the city center.
