It took half a year. Every object in the small house was collected by the landlord and his two lovers. Except for the wooden frame and yellow rammed earth, which were kept as they were, the interior layout was completely renovated. It is very modern and simple, providing residents with convenience and comfort in life, while retaining the tranquility and simplicity of people in the mountains beside the stream. I particularly like the wide wooden water table by the window, where I can read a book while listening to the gurgling stream. When we arrived at the parking lot in Songyang, the hostess had already greeted us in the parking lot. The male host with a baby face also came up to us halfway with a smile. As soon as we arrived at the store, we were served in a big bowl. Iron and grapefruit tea is so warm! Dinner was also arranged at the B&B. The host was a good man who knew how to cook. Several of the dishes were colorful and flavorful and must be praised, including the breakfast the next morning, which was both nutritious and delicious. It must be said that families with children can also experience a backyard vegetable picking experience, which is very interesting for children living in the city! The whole village of Songzhuang Village is not as big as Yangjiatang, and it is far away from the county seat, so there are fewer tourists. Relatively speaking, the visiting experience is very good. There is an ancient arch bridge in the village that was rated as a secret place in the south of the Yangtze River by National Geographic Magazine. It is covered with greenery. The moss is very beautiful from a distance and up close, and there are a lot of people taking pictures! We took a group photo with Xin and Lixia’s dog mother 123 on the bridge. Speaking of this little Chuanchuan, he is really a cute dog. My daughter also insisted on booking me to this hotel in Lixia because of it. I didn’t expect the experience. So good, I will definitely come again next time I have a chance!

This B&B is truly stunning. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its warmth and comfort. The rooms are beautifully decorated, each revealing the owner's thoughtfulness and taste. The bed is soft and comfortable, and after a night there, I felt completely rejuvenated. The housekeeper was also attentive, welcoming, and non-intrusive. Best of all, there's a cat named Xiaoya who also lives here. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

This was by far the most delightful stay of our trip. Staying in an old house within an ancient village offered a truly unique experience. The old house was incredibly well-preserved, and every decorative detail showcased the owner's thoughtful touches. The room itself was thoughtfully modernized to suit contemporary guests, and yes, it really, really, really had a smart toilet! 🚽 We had dinner at the guesthouse both nights, ordering from the owner. While the prices were a little higher than outside, the ingredients were exquisite, the preparation was refined, and the dining atmosphere was wonderfully atmospheric. The food itself was very satisfying. (I absolutely loved the tofu, which is apparently a local specialty). Also, when you're exploring the village, don't forget to say hello to the local dogs! 🐶 They're all very friendly, and we became good pals with them over our two-day stay.

The B&B is located at the highest point of the mountain. It happened to rain during the two days of the trip. I thought I would be able to see the sea of ​​clouds the next day, but it turned out to be foggy when I woke up early. But I was not disappointed. Chenjiapu has a unique flavor when it rains, and the view from the room is great. It's the best. It's a refreshing day hiding in the mountains away from the city's atmosphere. If you like a different Chenjiapu, don’t complain about the bad weather, enjoy the moment, wear a jacket and get wet in the rain, at that moment freedom reaches its peak. Another thing to mention is that the boss was so nice. He introduced us to the village when he arrived late that day, called us in advance to ask what time we would arrive, and even helped us carry our luggage. Although it was only a day trip, it gave me the best feeling! I think I will definitely come back next time, and I must come to catch the sea of ​​clouds!

In the old house, an uncle was experiencing his life and career with all his heart. The first time I saw him, he was wearing a snow-white shirt, not tall, and his hair was combed cleanly. He looked like a well-organized person. The uncle tidied the room in the old house, breaking my previous impression that the old house was dark and damp. My daughter and I drove here by ourselves. The uncle knew in advance that we needed to prepare lunch, but when we arrived, we found that the lunch prepared by the uncle was a full table of dishes. The dishes retained their original flavor and tasted really good. My daughter and I also made a small mistake in the old house and dirty the floor of the old house. The uncle scrubbed the floor and did not blame us at all. Instead, he continued to entertain us better and shared peaches and dates with us. I was very touched by the uncle's simplicity and kindness. Although I only slept for one night, the experience of staying here made me feel the warmth of family.

The room is very clean and tidy, and the comfort is great. I have never slept outside with such comfortable pillows, mattresses and quilts. I chose the attic room on the third floor. The bed is facing the window, allowing direct sunlight and sufficient heating at night. The hot water in the bath is not too hot, the bath is a bit cold, and the shower is okay. The store also thoughtfully prepared some disposable towels, which is very thoughtful. It’s great for people like me who don’t use outside towels! The landlord and his wife are very down-to-earth, and they also eat in the store in the evening. The local village is very quiet, and the sunset is beautiful. It is suitable for relaxing and renovating on weekends. The B&B I stayed in was the best in the whole village, and the decoration was all wooden. It should be very comfortable to sleep in the attic and listen to the chirping of insects in the summer!

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a bathtub, and the B&B also provides disposable bathtub covers. In general, this price is very cost-effective in this B&B, and it is quite cost-effective. The B&B housekeeper service is also very good, and will contact in advance to inform the location and help with luggage. There is also a place next to the B&B that is very suitable for children to play in the water. It takes only 5 minutes to drive there according to the route given by the housekeeper. The water is not deep but very clear, and the children have a lot of fun!

First off, this hotel is huge, almost like a scenic area itself! 😂 Many rooms even have their own terrace. If you have enough time, spending a whole day relaxing at the hotel, sipping tea or coffee, would be incredibly pleasant. So, the environment is definitely a big plus. And with supposedly 120 rooms, they clearly have substantial resources. We checked in on the 3rd, and the hotel was pretty much fully booked. It must be quite popular in that area. Honestly, for a hotel nestled in the mountains to maintain such a high standard of environment, they're probably one of the only ones. I have to say, the food at the hotel's restaurant was good, especially the slow-cooked salted chicken. It was even better than what I had later at a highly-rated restaurant in the county. My only minor suggestion would be for the dishes to come out a little faster. 😎 The room design isn't entirely flat, so the views from rooms on higher levels might be even better (though the lower levels aren't far behind). The rooms come with a bathtub and a balcony, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a direct view of the mountains. It's truly delightful to feel so immersed in nature. Facilities and Services: There's a small convenience store within the resort that offers room delivery, which is a thoughtful touch. They also have a cafe and an infinity pool. If you plan on swimming, remember to bring your swimwear! There's also an open-air bakery where you can watch them bake bread. If you don't want to trek up and down, you can also buy from the cafe directly, and they'll send it up to you, offering more options. After all that, my final advice is to try to visit during off-peak times, because the value for money is absolutely fantastic!

The location of the B&B is OK. It takes only 20 minutes to get there after getting off the highway. It is located in the tea fields. The air is fresh. There is a cycling path next to it for walking. Cyclists can rent a bicycle. The service is very good. When we arrived at the location, they helped us arrange a parking space, helped us carry the luggage, and invited us to drink tea. The bad thing is that the room is not soundproof. People on the second floor can hear every move upstairs. In fact, there is no big noise upstairs, but it is clear, footsteps, talking... I hope it can be improved. The window glass is almost soundproof. People passing by outside can hear the slightest sound clearly... The window glass should be single-layer glass. I suggest that the boss change it to double-layer later, at least it will be better... The sanitation is OK, the room is still quite clean, and there is plenty of hot water in the bathroom.
