Taishan Hotels with Parking

It was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside. Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

We originally booked a twin room, but when we checked in, the front desk thought we were two adults and two children, so they took the initiative to upgrade us to a family room. Friendly service, room on the second floor, not far from the pedestrian street, overall good.

The hotel is 8km from the high-speed train station, so transportation is decent. The king room was a good size and had a window, plus a separate shower and toilet. I really appreciated the four different pillows of varying firmness and height. A simple breakfast is provided, and the eel rice at the restaurant downstairs on the corner was delicious.

Modern beautiful hotel. Wonderful service & staff. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Jessica who speaks English helped tremendously determining where we could catch the bus to Hong Kong. Restaurant was very good as well. This hotel is also known as Dong Fu Hotel on Amap. Changdachang shopping mall is a 7 minute drive & where we caught a bus to HK. Highly recommend this hotel & very reasonable prices.

Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

Exceeded my expectations! I've stayed in many hotels, but this one stands out. The room was large and spotlessly clean, with absolutely no strange odors. When checking in, the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast for our two children. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all incredibly polite. 👍👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The service was really poor. I specifically asked for a room not at the end or beginning of the hall, and they still made me argue for it, telling me to put it in the remarks next time. The pillows were too high, giving me a neck ache. The location is a bit out of the way. The room itself was okay, and everything else was fine. Parking was a hassle; I had to register at the front desk every time I wanted to go out, which was incredibly inconvenient just to grab a meal.

The location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen. 5/5 - no complaints.

The environment can be lining the facilities can be more than I imagined can not be too dilapidated except for the surroundings a bit remote except roughly good bed than I imagined cleaner and butler handsome service really good ask his things basically immediately reply here to praise his service 

My sister's smile and warm heart service must give a big praise. Because he accidentally fell down the stairs and twisted his foot, The big brother in the hotel checked in time to help wipe the medicine and wine, My sister has been taking care of me carefully and personally sent me to the pier when I left, Facilities: The island is basically old houses, the hotel has some years, but the hotel owner has renovated, the interior design of the room is simple and comfortable, and the overall look is very new. Hygienic: When I booked the room, I looked at the picture and thought that the hygiene would be very general, but the room was very clean and comfortable after I checked in, there was no smell, much better than the picture. Environment: The hotel is the most facing the sea. Although there is no sea view room, it is the beach as soon as you go out, which is very close and convenient. Service: I didn't find the hotel when I arrived at the scenic spot. The proprietress of the convenience store next to me was very enthusiastic to help me call the hotel. The boss personally received the hotel and helped with the luggage. They were all very enthusiastic about the service. On a business trip, Jiangmen went to Shangchuan Island on the way, I stayed at the hotel smoothly along the way, A person rented a small electric car slowly and visited half the island, There is delicious seafood in the hotel, the weight is still very large, The barbecue restaurant next to it is also very good, The beach is cleaner and not crowded compared to other places, I really like the simplicity of most of the island or the natives. Although sometimes the price of the opening is high, but the bargaining price is cheap, Overall, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation, I will go again if I have a chance, I stayed at their hotel again, hoping to meet my sister and just at home.
