## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the tasteful decor. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. Many have posted positive reviews on the hotel which I generally agree. I would like to raise 2 points for hotel management to improve on. 1) Occasionally I can smell cigarette smoke in my room, especially at night. On Monday afternoon around 4pm, there is a strong cigarette smell at 16th floor when I went to do laundry. 2) I found a pickle on the floor upon check in.

We only stayed for one night, but we really wish we had stayed longer! The service was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel also has great amenities, and the location is perfect, very convenient with plenty of food options and places to explore nearby. We absolutely loved the room, especially the thoughtful touch of having toys for children. My little one was so happy and excited to have the toys in the room, which made our stay even more enjoyable! We also really loved the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, everything was delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed it. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and the city. We definitely should have stayed longer in Tianjin! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re travelling with children. If you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

They had a crib ready for us, which was a big plus! 👍 The bed was adjustable, and there was complimentary water in the hallway for guests. The only downside was the breakfast; it really needs improvement. The selection was limited and the food wasn't good at all. Honestly, it was the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel.

Coincidentally, our last day was Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), and I was woken up in the middle of the night by 'happy sounds' from the next room, leading to a sleepless night. You can only imagine the psychological trauma for a mother... But objectively speaking, the quality of the Four Seasons is still top-notch. After exiting the subway, I got a bit lost and mistakenly entered through the vehicle ramp. The doorman at the entrance immediately rushed over to help with my luggage, which was a very warm gesture. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Stella patiently explained everything and was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I even ran into TVB's Grace outside, and she's super beautiful in person! Although the experience on the last day was significantly marred, I guess it was a perfect imperfect stay.

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.

Parking: Parking at the door is more convenient, probably because there are not many people staying in the hotel. Service: The front desk service attitude is very good and very serious and responsible.

The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. The service attitude is very good. The room is also very clean. I am very satisfied.
