What satisfied me most about this trip to Yangliuqing Ancient Town was staying in this blue brick courtyard B&B. As soon as I stepped in, the antique atmosphere hit me in the face. The blue bricks and black tiles, carved doors and windows, are full of historical charm, which immediately brought me back to the old times. There are surprises hidden everywhere inside the room. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and tidy, allowing me to have a good sleep after a busy day. The interior decoration is simple yet elegant, with a perfect blend of traditional and modern elements. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, smart bathroom and other facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the quaint atmosphere while maintaining the convenience of life. The public area of ​​the homestay is also very cozy. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard of the quadrangle. In your spare time, you can bask in the sun, drink tea, and feel the peacefulness of time. The boss was very hospitable. He not only helped plan the itinerary, but also shared many local specialties. Every moment in this homestay is extremely comfortable. It is highly recommended to friends who come to Yangliuqing Ancient Town. It will add a different kind of warmth and beauty to your journey.

The hotel environment is elegant and clean; both the public areas and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, providing a great living experience. I particularly want to praise the service. The staff were gentle, polite, and patiently handled all requests, being both thoughtful and efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both travelers and those on a short stay. I genuinely recommend it!

If you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

This hotel offers top-notch service, stemming from its past as the Sheraton Tianjin Hotel, so the staff's training has a solid Sheraton foundation. They are incredibly responsive to every request. I always stay here whenever I'm in Tianjin because the hotel consistently lives up to my high expectations, never letting me down. The environment is arguably the quietest in Tianjin. The bar stays open quite late, so after checking in, you can enjoy a cold beer and savor the tranquility amidst the bustling city. The front desk staff, from the employees to the lobby manager, are all very warm and provide excellent service. They specially treated my room to be smoke-free, and the duvet thickness was perfectly tailored to my needs (I tend to get hot easily), which was very thoughtful and attentive. The housekeeping department even turned on the air conditioning before my arrival, ensuring a perfectly comfortable temperature. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Yan Yuan Hotel and have a wonderful time.

The room was larger than expected, with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, paying attention to every detail. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge/xiaojie' - a polite way to refer to young male/female staff), who were incredibly gentle and patient, and even helped upgrade my room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. All in all, a perfect experience, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Tianjin with the kids, and its location was a huge plus. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Ancient Culture Street, and in the evening, we enjoyed a stroll along the Haihe River, taking in the illuminated Tianjin Eye. On weekends, there were 'little sheep' mascots in the lobby for the kids to interact with, which they loved, and complimentary fruit was available. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient with check-in. The only minor drawbacks were that the room facilities felt a bit dated, and there was some room for improvement in the cleanliness of the room corners. Also, the pool water was a bit too cool for the kids to play in for long. Overall, these minor issues didn't detract too much from a great stay. It's a very convenient place to stay with children when exploring the Haihe River area.

We chose the Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin for our trip to Tianjin, and its biggest advantage is its location. Situated in the city center, it's very convenient for getting around, making it easy to reach major attractions and restaurants by taxi. The concierge and front desk service maintained the Four Seasons' usual standard – polite and responsive. However, the entire surrounding area was under construction, which was a very poor experience. The outside of the hotel was very dusty. The room itself was spacious, and there was a good selection of pillows, making for a comfortable rest. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view overlooking the city. The sky-lit pool on the 9th floor was very photogenic, and the gym was well-equipped, although the equipment was old and showing its age. The cleanliness there was just 'so-so', not as good as many other hotels. We didn't book a room including breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There are a few other real observations from our stay that I want to mention. The hotel has been open for some years, and some areas show wear and tear. The metal fixtures had water stains, and the room light switch labels weren't very clear. The carpet was visibly dirty. If this were your first time staying at a Four Seasons, you would seriously question if this is really a Four Seasons? No wonder some people say this is the worst Four Seasons hotel in the country. Overall, it's a hotel with a relatively good location, but it doesn't really live up to the 'luxury' label, especially since the price was only just over a thousand yuan. If you're particular about brand-new renovations and seeking pristine hardware, you might be a little disappointed.

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.

I stayed here for one night while driving during the Chinese New Year. The hotel facilities are pretty good, clean and smell-free, and the bed in the standard room is also very big, with a bed of 1.35 meters. The transportation is convenient, just off the highway.

The bed is relatively comfortable, the environment is okay, the store service is good, and overall it is good. If you are commuting, I recommend it
