The hotel is situated in the bustling Wuma Street area, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. If you're visiting Wenzhou for its local specialty foods, staying here will definitely satisfy your culinary cravings. Getting around this central district is also incredibly convenient; public transport or taxis are readily available for both nearby and distant attractions.
What truly left the deepest impression was the hotel's comprehensive service, living up to its 'All-Weather' name. I was genuinely surprised that the front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage, both at check-in and check-out, even carrying it directly to my car. After receiving my room card, they escorted me all the way to my room – this level of service far surpasses many high-end star-rated hotels!
The guest rooms boast a simple yet modern design, with smart voice control keeping up with current trends. Despite the compact space, it's thoughtfully equipped with amenities like a massage chair, air purifier, and a mini-fridge, making it incredibly good value for money at this price point!
The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties like glutinous rice, rice noodles, and fish cakes. The lunch light meals, afternoon tea, and readily available snacks like roasted sweet potatoes and cold drinks are also a major highlight, leaving a lasting impression of genuine hospitality.

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Wenzhou, Kaiyuan is always my top choice; I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. The rooms are consistently clean and tidy, with a color scheme that's very pleasant to look at, making for a truly relaxing stay. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied, offering authentic local specialties that always leave me satisfied. The gym facilities are also great, making it very convenient to get a workout in. The overall experience is consistently excellent, and I genuinely recommend it.

I came to Wenzhou for eye surgery and saw this was a newly opened hotel, so I stayed for 2 nights. The experience was so good, I just had to leave a review.
The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic: it's super close to Jingguang Pagoda and Songtai Park, and also Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old city. You can even see the pagoda from your window, which really sets the mood!
The room is very comfortable: newly renovated with a modern style, clean and tidy. The bedding is soft, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the smart toilet is very convenient to use.
Attention to detail is a bonus: the room comes with a tea set, and it's so pleasant to brew a pot of tea in the evening while enjoying the mountain view. The overall experience was superb.
Special shout-out to: The hotel's front desk staff, both the young men and women, who reminded me to watch my step every time I entered or left. Also, the housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic whenever I saw them. The service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. 👍👍
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou.

GGuest UserThe location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed.
What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time.
Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

CCMCCshThe room was clean and the latex mattress and pillows were unusually comfortable. The room was very quiet, I didn't expect to sleep happily until dawn during the trip.
Dry and wet separation is done very well. The shower is large and very comfortable. The TV is a big projection, but we don't watch TV and videos, so it's useless.
The front desk and service staff are very welcoming. An extra bath towel and a pack of paper towels were sent soon.
Breakfast is cost-effective, 28 yuan a piece, not 48 in Trip.com . In fact, even 48 a piece, the price is very good. There are shrimp, glutinous rice, green dates, very delicious.
Recommended.

PPiaoxinThere are not many parking spaces in the parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It may be difficult to stay at night and need to be booked in advance. The front desk service is warm and welcoming, breakfast is OK, the surrounding dining is convenient, and sleep quietly at night. Sanitation facilities are better.

The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up!
Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite.
The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that.
Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees.
Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities.

I arrived past 1 AM, but the hotel still provided airport pickup, and the service attitude was excellent. The breakfast was also good, just make sure not to go too late. Both the room service and front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I'm very satisfied.

The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective.
Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note.
The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke
However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles:
1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations.
2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms.
In summary:
I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.
