Wuyishan Hotels with Parking

We were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended. The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour. The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

Traveling to Wuyishan during the off-season was wonderful; the autumn scenery was absolutely stunning with everything golden-hued. I specifically chose a guesthouse to better appreciate Wuyishan's natural beauty. Shuizhuang No. 8 Guesthouse is truly nestled within a park, offering distant mountain views and a close-up look at the river while you sip tea and admire the ginkgo trees right outside your door. Not only is the scenery beautiful, but the surroundings are also quiet and comfortable. It's conveniently located with great transport links, and both the dining and accommodation are excellent. The service is warm and courteous, and the staff are very prompt in providing assistance. I'd highly recommend staying here over a hotel!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hostess was very thoughtful, contacting me in advance to set up a dedicated chat group. After checking in, I found the environment to be quiet and peaceful. Every detail in the lobby and room felt very well thought out. Dining in the basement in the evening was also very approachable, and the taste offered incredible value for money. It's also very close to the scenic area's south entrance, just a six-minute drive away.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. Check in was straightforward and prompt. The lobby area was spacious and pleasantly furnished. The staff gave us a room upgrade and we had a spacious and well appointed room that made us feel very at home. When we arrived, it was close to lunch time and the staff checked in on us on meal requests, we took the lunch and it was a good spread of local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and gave us a good impression of how a well prepared local breakfast would be like, also the meal was well balanced with dairy, vegetables etc. The room package also included a afternoon tea in the garden with a water feature, a tea bath and a evening Chinese tea appreciation session where we chatted with the staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Whether you're already passionate about tea or just starting your journey, Buzhichun is the perfect place to stay in Wuyishan — a city deeply rooted in tea culture. The room is spacious, super clean, and thoughtfully designed with minimalist touches. The natural colors and materials create a calming atmosphere that feels like home — perfect for slow living. The bathroom is large, spotless, and well-equipped with amenities. I especially loved the beautiful natural light in the room. On the ground floor, there’s a vibrant tea shop where young locals drop by, creating a lively atmosphere. You'll find historical exhibitions and curated objects that offer insight into both Wuyishan and the rich heritage of Chinese tea. And don’t miss meeting Xiaobai, the friendly resident dog who’s always happy to greet guests. The 6th floor features a cozy tatami-style common room, complete with a go board and a tea table overlooking stunning panoramic mountain views — an ideal place to unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the host and the staff. They’re warm, welcoming, and always ready to share tea with you — each time you return from a walk or come downstairs. I stayed two nights and tried at least 6–7 different kinds of Wuyishan tea. Even as a solo traveler and a foreigner, I felt included in conversations and easily connected with other guests. Pro tip: If you know a bit of Chinese, it’ll help you dive deeper into the stories behind the place. But even if you don’t, the language of tea will still make you feel at home. Traveling with a young couple for a family visit, I had to choose a hotel with a unique ambiance and excellent service. I was extremely satisfied with my choice. This time, I booked two rooms: one standard and one with a king-sized bed. The king-sized room had a larger bay window and felt quite spacious. The standard room had a tatami mat, which was clean and cozy. The narcissus provided in the room, prepared as a cold brew tea, was absolutely delicious! In the morning, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh dishes. I especially recommend the desserts – the lemon pudding melted in my mouth. The Dahongpao tea jelly and black tea drinks were also excellent. Enjoying breakfast while gazing at the Chongyang River and the sprawling Wuyi Mountains along its banks was truly invigorating! The dining environment was perfectly suitable. The public areas also showed great attention to detail, with plenty of spots to rest or simply relax, offering beautiful scenery both indoors and out. Although the tea room requires a reservation, there was always an available tea room. The environment is lovely, with various styles to choose from. You can take photos or simply unwind right at the hotel, no need to look for another place.

Our family stay with the kids was fantastic! They even upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The room was really spacious, and the bed was huge. Plus, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's amenities. There are supermarkets and snack stalls nearby, making it super convenient for getting around with little ones. The staff were also very friendly towards the kids. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and definitely our top choice for family travel!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was big and sunny, very silent, the bed comfortable, the heating worked really well and the shower gets nice and hot if you wait for a while. It’s off season right now, but we were still surprised to see that the hotel was practically empty, it deserves more clients. It’s one of the few hotels inside the park which is very convenient, and much nicer than the ones outside of the park that look really sad and ugl. We much preferred waking up with a view on the tea plantations. The staff doesn’t speak English at all but they’re very kind and will try their best to understand all your needs through translation apps. We ended up staying a day less and they were kind enough to give us the breakfast for free. They will also offer you to taste their local tea in the hall, which is delicious and served in the traditional way which is fascinating to watch. The furniture and overall look of the hotel might be a little dated, but we actually liked it, it gives character compared to all the ultra modern, aseptic hotels. The breakfast was really abundant and delicious, typical of the area which we loved. The only real inconvenience is that didi won’t be able to leave you at the hotel entrance, it will be stopped at the park entrance which is a 10 minutes walk on a road busy with all the park’s buses. The solution is either booking the car directly through the hotel, or ask the hotel to register your didi’s plate so it can enter the park. We did this when we visited the nearby Xiamei village and it worked.

This hotel in Wuyishan is absolutely amazing! The room is fully equipped, and the smart devices are so convenient to use; you can just ask Xiao Du to turn the lights on or off. I loved how soft and comfortable the bedding was, haha. The lobby always has a lovely tea aroma, and you can even enjoy free tea tastings while the staff shares their knowledge about Wuyi rock tea. It's a comfortable stay with a touch of local culture. Choosing this place for your Wuyishan trip is definitely the right decision!

Overall, I am satisfied with the old-fashioned style. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. Some suggestions: First, after booking a room, you have to go to the door by yourself, unlike other B&B owners who will contact you +V to remind you of things to pay attention to. Second, the house is not far from the north and south entrances of Wuyi Mountain, and is only across a bridge from the dining area, but you need to explore there by yourself. Third, when I was staying upstairs at night, I met two people chatting and walking around. The room was not soundproofed and the noise was very loud. I was woken up at around two o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to look for the service staff, but no one was on duty. I could only stand in the yard and shout. Later, I ran upstairs and knocked on the door to remind them before they went to sleep quietly.
