GGuest UserXinyi is one of the stops of self-driving travel, real name praises the front desk Xiao Jiang. Suddenly the temperature dropped, my car parked far away, the parking lot was full, she braved the cold wind to help me carry my luggage, and then sent it to the room. The departure was Xiao Liu who helped deliver the luggage to the car (I had too much luggage) to highlight the quality of Hanting's service.
The service is full, the breakfast is good, and there are special burritos with Xinyi. There are many noodles toppings, and there are two or three kinds of fried vegetables.
Belongs to the city center, south of the city center, on the main road.

Disposable shoes, slippers, toothbrushes, and laundry supplies are also provided free of charge. A washing machine and laundry supplies are also provided.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping was very spotless. This is a new hotel with new amenities.
Environment: Very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the bedding was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bath water was very hot, and free parking was available. Air conditioning is great for us northerners! Northerners can't stand the wet and cold in the south, it is noisy. There is also a room we live in that is not facing the street, but it is a wholesale market behind it, and it is very noisy to enter the truck at night. Affordable, and breakfast.

WWuti整體印象
- 總體來説，這次入住花築覓見的體驗非常棒。民宿的位置在宋莊村內，一個小村，村民也就有幾十户，沒有喧囂的噪音，周邊環境優美，可以看得出曾經有舉辦美食節，露營節等活動的痕跡，適合團建，交通也很便利，新沂市區過來半小時左右。
- 另外值得一提的是民宿可以帶寵物哦，碰到了安徽的朋友，兩衹狗子還互相交流了一番。入住期間我們家狗子在村子裏就沒拴過繩，因為到處都是朋友，晨起睡前遛狗不要太開心。
- 小村靠近花廳部落和馬陵山景區，感興趣的可以從民宿徒步到花廳都可以，沿線風景優美，空氣清新，道路整潔暢通，就是路邊賣的桃子水果等有點坑人啦。
房間設施
- 房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很中式，很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，讓人能在疲憊的旅途中享受到優質的睡眠。
- 設施齊全，空調、電視、獨立衞浴、智能語音、馬桶等一應俱全，而且都非常新，使用起來很順暢。
- 民宿整體還包含很多可娛樂的地方，比如棋牌室，KTV，酒吧等，如果自己準備食材，還提供燒烤架等，更多遊玩樂趣等大家來開發體驗啦。
服務質量
- 管家熱情好客，入住期間，有任何問題向管家反映，都能得到及時、有效的解決，讓我們感受到了無微不至的關懷，管家還提供了很多當地遊玩和美食的建議。
- 更值得一提的是景區不給帶寵物，我們就把寵物留在民宿啦，管家還提供專用場地給它玩，我們也可以安心的去遊玩啦。
性價比
- 就價格而言，這家民宿的性價比非常高。對於來馬陵山遊玩的遊客，可以體驗到獨特的民宿文化和温馨的居住範圍，物超所值。對於來團建的團體，更是不虛此行。
不足之處
- 不過，民宿也存在一些小小的不足之處。比如沒有早餐，建議可以根據入住人數由管家去花廳買好早餐，餐品種類可以固定。另外前台固定電話接通較慢，建議在各大平台增加手機聯繫號碼。

The bed is soft and supportive, and you can choose the height of the pillow, so it feels like sleeping in your own bed. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, the toiletries were of high quality, and the towels were white and fluffy. The lighting design of the room is very thoughtful, creating a great atmosphere for reading or watching TV at night. The surrounding transportation is convenient, there is a bus stop just a few steps away, and it is also convenient to take a taxi.
