GGuest UserThe homestay has just opened for five months this year. It is located on the seventh floor of the boss's self-built house. There is a parking space on the first floor. In addition to the guest rooms, the homestay also has a terrace, tea room, kitchen, and high taste.
The layout of the room type is atmospheric, elegant and intelligent. As for the uneasy air conditioner, you can understand it by looking at the historical record of the extreme high temperature in Busan County in July 1994 at 33 degrees.

Old hotel, room size is OK, but the window is not ideal for noise prevention, sleeping at night is a bit noisy.
Toiletries are generally configured.

GGuest User盛達房間的設計，傢俱，配置都走奢華路線，加上房間面積超大，入住感覺極好。從房間配備的精美茶具可以看出經營者的良苦用心。雖然酒店在硯山位置稍偏，但是周邊有潤超市和數個餐館食肆，餐飲購物沒有問題。在盛達住得非常舒服。一點小批評:房間裏三個牆上電插座的三插孔都壞了，插上電水壺沒有動靜，用自己帶的三插轉二插轉換頭燒的水。應該換新了。
