The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

For the bathrooms, should do bit improvement for the cleanest especially should do moping floor (also inside the room floor), wash the bathtub when request to do the cleanest. for all the shampoo, bath gel, conditional should check & fill-up, because we have 3 adults & 1 kid to stay for 6 nights in the same room. 3.) Centralized control the heating air flow for cool weather, should allow guest to adjust the temperature inside the room so that not too hot. 4.) Good to mentioned that this hotel had provide the washing machine & dryer for the guest convenient. 5.) Morning breakfasts are overall good for families.

It was my first time to stay in a space capsule homestay with my family. It was quite novel. The house had daylight on three sides. When I woke up and opened the curtains, I could see the green space and rural landscape all around. I felt cheerful, free and unrestrained. The service here was very meticulous and thoughtful. The room is very clean and sanitary, the supporting facilities are complete and new, and the accommodation environment is very good. I give it five points. But the activities on this trip were very average. There were originally two May Day activities for children to check in and make handicrafts. There was a small reward for completing the task, but we ran around with the printing cards but couldn't get the materials for coloring and making bracelets. The supermarket staff didn't tell us right away that we had to post on WeChat Moments to get them. They just told us to go to a studio that had paints for coloring, and gave us two boxes of something and two ropes. We thought they were materials for stringing beads, but they turned out not to be. The feeling is that it's so stingy. You stay in a hotel that costs more than a thousand dollars, but they don't even provide such small handicraft materials to make children happy, and they make the guests run around. As a result, the handicrafts are not made, and the hot spring bathing time is also delayed. It's a waste of feelings. The hot spring project is pretty good, but there are too many people. The water play facilities are average, and the wave pool is quite fun. There were really a lot of people going to Jinshuitai Hot Spring this time, and there were a lot of tourists. There are many farmhouses for eating around, and the prices are not cheap, a little bit more expensive. **Lots of group buying. But it tastes good!

Hotel was near the busstation of Yunfu which has a direct connection to Guangzhou airport. Additionally, on the first floor there was a restaurant that had great food. The room was very spacious and clean. The check in procedure took longer than normally but that's understandable because of having a foreign passport. Overall it was a great stay and great experience.

Hard to give a review.. this hotel is really dated, but it is probably the best you can get in the city centre. location is good, full of shopping and food options surrounded. other than this, nothing much. furnitures are old and dated design, fridge and safe cannot be used. basically, expect nothing when staying here.
