The room had poor soundproofing, and the noise from people in the hallway late at night was really annoying. The restaurant is upstairs from this room. There was a very loud noise of chairs being dragged around from just after 7 pm until 11 am. This is really a management problem for the hotel. Please consider the needs of guests and take more protective measures. I suggest installing soundproof mats on the restaurant chairs and rubber silent wheels on the food collection wheels. I didn't sleep well all night and wanted to catch up on sleep in the morning, but I couldn't fall asleep because of the noise. I was so annoyed that I checked out and left!
