Guest UserFirst off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent.
Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically.
Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition!
There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!

Wella BaryIf you want a hotel that actually feels like an apartment… this is it.
Staycity Aparthotels Heidelberg is a perfect mix between comfort and practicality – especially ideal for families or longer stays.
✔️ Fully equipped room (fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave)
✔️ Super friendly reception & helpful breakfast staff
✔️ Breakfast included and worth it
✔️ Bus & tram right in front of the hotel
✔️ Restaurants nearby + easy Lieferando delivery
Everything was clean, modern, and exactly as expected.
I also filmed the room and breakfast area – no surprises, just a solid, reliable stay.
Would I stay again? Definitely.

The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you!
Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers.

Jane2025Not far from Heidelberg Station, surrounded by supermarkets, DM and pharmacies, as well as the Good Luck Hans burger restaurant, it is very convenient.

Guest UserThe location is a bit disappointing, but if you give that up, it's the best hotel. But I think the location was good enough since it was less than 15 minutes away by tram. The facilities and service are really great

Guest UserTraveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city.

Guest UserIt was very clean and well-suited for both families and individuals. The location is very quiet, yet close to the city center. Plus, there's a bus stop very close by, only about a 3-minute walk away.

Heidelberg is worth visiting, it is a very comfortable city. First of all, the hotel is very close to the highway exit. Although it is on the side, it is very convenient to go to the central square. Parking on the roadside is free. The front desk guy is very humorous and street free. Of course, if you want to be safe, you can also park in the parking lot next to it for 10 euros. Secondly, although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is still OK and not crowded. The family room for three people is enough and feels quite warm. Finally, Heidelberg is beautiful in the morning. Walking on the Philosopher's Trail and overlooking the entire old town of Heidelberg is still very impressive. In addition, Heidelberg Castle is also worth going up. Looking at the old town from here, you can take pictures of the red bricks and white walls on the postcard.

韦Maintenance is underway near the railway station. In the past, the hotel had to cross a small bridge;
The room is more spacious. Compared with the hotels in Frankfurt, the heating in the room is sufficient. The front desk of the hotel has bread and coffee every day, which can be taken for free. The croissants are delicious;
The hotel breakfast is 10EUR/person, which is not suitable for the Chinese stomach and the variety is barren; there is a dining cart on the road in front of the hotel, and the roasted chicken legs are not bad, 2 euros apiece.
Overall recommendation.

The location is quite good, right outside the train station. The front desk staff spoke decent English. However, the room facilities were a bit lacking, and the room size was small. The lobby was fine though, with a communal lounge table, and the overall lobby environment was pretty good.
