The rooms have a wide view, especially the high-rise sea view rooms, which provide a panoramic view of the busy day and night port. The open-air swimming pool on the top floor is a highlight, and the sunset is accompanied by the sound of the cargo ship whistle. The room configuration is quite satisfactory, but the bedding comfort maintains Hilton's consistent level. Breakfast is worth trying with Ecuadorian banana leaves steamed fish, and the service response speed is efficient in South American hotels. The biggest advantage is that it is a ten-minute walk to a large shopping mall, which is a golden location for business and leisure travelers.

Not a great location as it’s a bit stranded from restaurants or shops so can’t really go walk about for anything after dark. Other than that it’s quite a run of the mill hotel giving basic amenities and no free water unfortunately.

The Hilton Colón needs a renovation. They haven't done anything in 10 years, and improvements are already needed. The safe gave me problems, and I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, as the raspberries had mold. Being able to make fresh fruit and vegetable juice is great. The power went out three times in one night, and the generator took a couple of minutes to start up. The airport shuttle works very well.

The front desk staff and the cleaning aunt are very nice and they should be given a raise.

The hotel is located close to the airport and bus station. Taxi drivers know it well. A nighttime ride costs $10. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Ecuadorian style. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is air conditioning. The shower has hot water and necessary toiletries. We want to say a big thank you to Christian, who warmly welcomed us after midnight, helped with our luggage, and in the morning he fed us a delicious breakfast. We recommend this small but cozy and welcoming hotel. The only drawback is that it is impossible to reach the hotel at the number provided after 10 PM.

Right in town, 2 blocks from the river front. Exceptional position, spacious immaculate rooms, very attentive staff, very quiet rooms . Only stayed overnight but would spend several days here!
