GGuest UserThe main advantage is the location and a lovely roof top bar (forget the food, it's all a bit fried) our room was spacious but dark with a small terrace. Two things really put me off this hotel. This is a dog friendly hotel but we experienced an extremely loud barking dog that went on for some time. Secondly we stayed for two nights to discover our in room small water bottle was not replenished. When we asked reception we were told it was only provided on the first night. This felt very petty.

GGuest UserIt’s nice and comfortable. The only problem was that there was some kind of machine around the room operating all along. It made buzzing noise which could not be ignored. Luckily I was very tired and got some sleep.

MMamamiyaaGreat location! Right across from the train station, with a McDonald's and a large supermarket next door. You can catch a bus right across the street. They offer complimentary fruits, lemonade, gummies, and candies during afternoon check-in. Plus, free luggage storage is available.

MMera.LMy solo trip to this hotel was an excellent experience! The location is unbeatable, very close to Seville's Santa Justa train station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train – it saved me the hassle of lugging my luggage around. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the hotel's overall design felt vibrant. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling solo or by train!
SSophiamameThe hotel's location is quite good; it's within walking distance of the train station and right next to a mall and supermarket, making dining very convenient. However, the facilities are really old, and the air conditioning isn't very effective. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us.
AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards.
Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available.
To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi.
In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.
GGuest UserVery good hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a smell when you first enter the room. Overall it is OK

JJaeiiThe front desk staff were so kind, which I really appreciated. I was satisfied with this accommodation as it was an affordable place for me to stay alone, and the service was good too.

EEdgar Aguilar DiazThe location of the hotel is very accessible try public transportation either going to the airport or to the city centre. Even though the location was in the surrounding of automotive shops and industrial estate, still its very quiet and safe to walk around coming from a night stroll from the city of Seville.
We managed to book a room, but unfortunately, we ended up booking a room with a double bed and a bunk single bed on top, we tried to change our room to just a double bed but unfortunately, we got a conflicting reaction from the reception desk. Initially, we were advised that they will gonna relocate us the following day as we booked for 3 nights but then, another staff told us that they cannot change the room as it was the one that we initially booked. Other than that, the room served it purpose.
overall, I still highly recommend this hotel simply because of its accessibility to airport and city centre, and also for value for money.
YYury SamkouThis is truly student housing. It's clear from the name, but it's still surprising that this option is available for booking at all. I booked it for one night, between flights. It's located far from the city center and the airport, but it's conveniently accessible by bus. The premises are clean, but there's absolutely no soundproofing, so you definitely won't be able to get a good night's rest.
