Amazing
CClementine TsengThe room is much larger than expected, the bed is very large and comfortable, the toilet is old but well equipped. The most surprising thing is the breakfast, so the items are very delicious. The location is also perfect and the price is very high.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is zaragoza train station, which can be moved by public transportation bus, and the surrounding sightseeing places are walking distance. Cleanliness and comfort gave a smile. Although not fluent, even if I tried to talk in English and Spanish, I felt like I was waiting and trying to help. Even when I checked out, I showed the train ticket and was worried, so I left my luggage and set a time plan! The service is the best. Currently, the best hostel I want to come back to during my trip to Spain!

GGuest UserHow should I put it? It was another small surprise. The not expensive price gave me a very good experience. The parking service was very good. The hotel is located in the city center. In addition to being convenient, I have to mention its antique hotel design. From the lobby to the room, I felt full of European elegance. I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the room looking out the window at the big trees and the neighborhood!

GGuest UserWe stopped for a rest stop on our way from Madrid to Andorra. The hotel's location is fantastic, with the beautiful cathedral just outside. We arrived in the evening and were walking the city. There were at least three police cars parked along the road, which made us feel incredibly safe! The room was a bit small, but for the price, why bother with bikes? At least the chain's standards are pretty consistent! The check-in staff was average... they asked for my Madrid postcode and phone number... I've never been asked for these things before when checking in??? Parking requires scanning a QR code at the front desk, and exiting the garage also requires a manual code entry. We didn't realize it, thinking it would open automatically once we drove in, but we realized we had to enter a code. The garage door isn't a roller shutter, but an automatically opening gate, which almost hit our car as we were driving up the slope. And the water level in the room was incredibly low... I've never encountered such a low level of water before.
GGuest UserHotel in a quiet area, modern, well located, near the shopping centre of Gran Casa and about 20min walking from the centre and the basilika of the Pilar and with tram stop at the door. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two people, good temperature of hot water and good pressure of water that is very important for me. The bathroom was a little deteriorated, with typical silicium a little dark and regularly remasted, as well as the crystal, always insufficient in most hotels so that the water does not leave the bathroom. We can't comment on breakfast because we only take accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).
GGuest UserVery very simple hotel with excellent location.
The rooms with just enough furniture, IKEA style, with two beds and two small tables as bedside tables, and a TV. That if new. The old bathroom is not renovated.
It shows that it is a hotel for stag parties for the price and the location. During my weekend, groups of young people with bachelor parties did not stop coming and going. Infernal noise, bad drunkenness and even vomiting in the corridor.

JJesus MarruecosLocation, service and views were amazing. However, they need to invest money to refurbished the rooms. Shower and shower doors were broken, the toilet was flooded every time I was having a shower. The rooms are a bit cold and the curtains did not close properly the windows.
DDirkBossIn an excellent location in the middle Zaragoza this hotel is a bit worn down. You can see and feel the “old days” but a remake would help as well.
Extremely lengthy check-in process. Everything else was fine.

MMiloDusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general.
On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).
