Charnwood Hotels with Parking

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, and both the accommodation and surrounding countryside are wonderful. Our kids had a great time and enjoyed the peaceful environment.There is a Tesco supermarket nearby, which made it very easy to buy groceries and daily necessities. There is also a laundry shop within a three-minute walk, which was very convenient during our stay.The only improvement we would suggest is providing better cooling facilities, such as fans or air conditioning. During hot weather and heat waves, having adequate cooling would make the stay even more comfortable.Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful room on a historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty restaurant for dinner and reasonably priced. Eggs at breakfast would be icing on the cake!

The hotel is nice with a touch of character. Breakfast was about average for a conference hotel, although the drinks machine was broken so hot water jugs were provided as an alternative, tea was cold! My room had windows that could not be opened, very poor water pressure in the shower water pressure so took ages to wash my hair. The TV remote was missing and the TV was a cheap hair that wouldn't stand up properly and the sound was awful. It was a twin room with only 1 bedside LED light which was quite dark. I arrived with not enough time yo order dinner. When I asked about other nearby restaurants, the receptionist struggled to provide much help. All in all a reasonable hotel for a 1 night stop over but has a generally cheap feel about it. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.
