Guest UserThe hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and we were able to take our dog for a small additional fee. We will return.

Guest UserWell before I booked a read a lot of comments saying dated. I was somewhat nervous on arrival, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and endearing, and the ship is run well. If anything the datedness adds to the lovely character of the place, I saw it as a bonus. Great value for money. I would definitely book it over a Travelodge or PremierInn, especially given the service quality and attentiveness of staff at Harrowgate Hill Hotel.
