李李The service is warm, the environment is quiet, and there is a restaurant and supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. Lots of parking spaces. We also experienced a room change. The guys and girls at the front desk were very happy to help and gave a big praise👍

GGuest UserBooked double room for me, my partner & my baby. The room was so tiny, the bed was extremely uncomfortable & had dirt on it. The dust in the room made it clear the rooms were not cleaned properly.
The room had a door that led into the room next to us, which was not safe for the baby. There was also no privacy, my sister and brother in law had a room opposite and you could hear them talking in there room.
Upgraded to a deluxe room after 1 night in a double room, which was so much better. It was a lot cleaner, a lot bigger and a lot more privacy. The only downfall was we were right next to the maids room and we heard a lot of bickering between the maids as the rooms aren't soundproof.
If you are planning to book here, I'd suggest just paying the extra for the deluxe room as it makes a massive difference.
The pool is decent, it isn't massive but is a good temperature so it is good for kids.

GGuest UserLovely helpful reception staff and great clean comfortable room. Lots of parking which is a massive bonus. Highly recommend for a budget price but great hotel.
