Great
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.
GGuest UserI was very pleasantly surprised by how good my stay was. The staff were very polite and even answered my questions over SMS message. I've not experienced 'US' levels of customer service from a UK hotel until I visited here.
The best thing about this venue is the bar and dining downstairs. Much better than your average hotel. Jacks served acceptable food and drinks but carries on the theme of good service and politeness.
Good location also, being only a short walk to Hatton Cross tube station. Highly recommended.
GGudemaolinMy stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.
TTravelninjaNice hotel, good breakfast. Ā Room was nice, however, the shower had a few mold spots and the glass shower door wasnāt functional making it hard to step out of the high tub. Ā Overall it was a nice stay.
OOllieSmithThe room was very comfortable and the hotel staff friendly. Early check-in and late check out weren't a problem. Comfy beds, great powerful shower. WiFi workd fine with amazon stick. Our air-conditioning was pretty useless and the hotel doesn't have any maintenance staff at weekends (usual for a property of thst size, clearly to save money).
Breakfast was average. Seemed understaffed so tables left dirty and buffet was slow to be refilled. Hot breakfast was good quality. Good coffee too.
Location is good but a fair distance from a tube station. Train station 10 minutes walk but good bus service from outside the hotel to various places.
Local area is really nice. A few food shops, restaurants and a new cinema too.
Would stay here again.
GGuest UserStaying at this hotel during my London trip was truly the best choice. The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!
YYuchen LHotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.
SShahrul Ikhsan Bin Mohamed NoorThis hotel is comfortable with a reasonable price. Close to food shops. Lidl & Tesco express are also close. The train station is also within 10 minutes walk. thank you very much
TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if youāre looking for a place to sleep with a partner.
Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
