Ilford Hotels with Parking

I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it. I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back.

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

It was just okay, but one of the housekeeping staff, the elderly man was so rude , for the price the rooms could be better, but good location, lovely pub downstairs and the waitress that attended to was lovely, didn’t catch her name but short, petite, blonde and cute.

The service is very good, very patient with our poor language communication people, the breakfast is ok, the room is clean, although a little small. Compared with central London, it is much cheaper, and it is more convenient to take the subway to do errands.

Newly refurbished clean fresh quiet and complimentary breakfast. Great stay recommend

Easy check in, really comfortable bed but uncomfortable barely slept any night due to do much noise from other guests, really disappointed

The Mattress is just Crap. No Good to sleep at all.! In my opinion they need to improve the beds and charge 25 pounds per night for this type of childish room...! Service desk guy Was Good at night time..! They need to improve alot with room The Good thing is the guy gave me one extra room for same price as online and that is at 3am in morning..!

Almost satisfied apart from deposit refund back. Till now i am waiting for my deposit its my 5th day after deposit.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean  but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.
