Overall it is very good. Especially the location, just walk for less than 5mins from the ferry terminal. And it's near everywhere we go. The hotel staff speaks English and the service is good. However, there are 4 downsides of this hotel. - There's no ventilator in the toilet. - The toilet floor is not well level, water is all over the place after the shower. - The mattress was sagged to a side. - There's this one day, around 8.30am, I was sleeping, the staff came knocking and multiple doorbells rang until we walked to the door. They were asking if we wanted to do laundry. That night, I had to put up the 'do not disturb sign'. Other than that, it's good.

Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

Clean room n toilet , reliable front desk service and nice view of Pacific Hotel n New Park. Better can provide in house breakfast corner.

Overall, our stay in Batam was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel facilities were decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The main area for improvement would be the breakfast. While the food quality was acceptable, the menu was largely the same every day, with very little variety. For guests staying multiple nights, the repetitive breakfast selection became quite monotonous. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the hospitality. With a more varied breakfast menu, the overall experience would be much better.

A regular here..cant go wrong for a short trip and being close to harbour bay ferry terminal.

Good location. As you would expect for a budget hotel. Ample parking Space.

I originally planned to stay for one day, but the staff were very welcoming, so I stayed for three more days.

The villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad. It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab.
