LLibra LadyHotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.

GGuest UserThere's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled.
However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room.
There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed.
Hotel breakfast is not nice.
Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.

MmasterderrickleeThe room is good and bed is comfy. I don't like the toilet, it's quite small indeed. The room also have mosquitoes, quite annoying. Service wise is not very helpful. I'm asking for a small change for the grab as most of the grab drivers in Batam don't have small change, a BIG hotel just shun you off and say don't have ... Just a small change if breaking IDR50,000 also don't have! Breakfast is terrible thou, nothing to fancy about ... I stayed for 4 days 3 nights, but I can say every morning breakfast is a disaster

EELJXOnce I check in during the night very disappointing seeing there is stains in the bed sheet but they manage to change the bedsheet for us at night.

IIZhengThe villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad.
It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab.

RRodney20Bathroom sink tap is a press on tap with timer…. Very inconvenient for me.
