Cicendo Hotels with Parking

Upon check in at 3pm, the room was having a very strong foul smell hence we request for a change. However they told us to wait till late afternoon then other rooms are available hence we waited. I followup 3times for the availability to exchange room via call, to no avail i went to the lobby at 5:30pm to ask again. A different receptionist attend to me and directly i got the exchange of our room. To my Dissppointment again, the room we next check in, the airconditioner was not cold. We requested again to check the aircond. As my toddler was sweating while just watching tv. However after they check, the aircond only slightly cold. Anyways hope the management of the hotel look into this issue seriously as we are not only booking one room, we took 2room. The room for my mom in law was also same issue on the airconditioner - not cold. Toilet door hinges was loosen. Toilet couldnt flush after the second day. Location wise, walking distance to Sarinah only. Breakfast was acceptable.

Room was spacious and location near station. Breakfast was good and also the service. Hairdryer can ask to the receptionist. Since the location in a big street it a little bit noisy

Located in the city center, there are many delicious culinary places around, unfortunately there is only one key card so when we want to find food and go up again we have to ask the bellboy for help to access the room. The bathroom is super cute, it is difficult to move and the shower is not smooth so the water does not flow towards our body, the sink water hole is very close to the table so it overflows from the back hole but overall it is good, recommended

I always stay here when I'm in Bandung. The hotel is very strategically located and easy to get to places from. There are many food stalls along the street, and Kartika Sari is nearby.

The place is aesthetic, there's just a bit of dust in a few spots but it's not too bothersome. The breakfast was good, service was okay. If I'm ever in Bandung looking for a strategically located hotel, I'd definitely come back here.

The location was fantastic, being close to many attractions and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The hotel is not too big and the check in and out process is not complicated. You can get as much drinking water as you like in the hallway. However, the room is a bit cramped if you bring your family.

While the value for money is decent for a 2-star hotel, scoring 4 stars, the cleanliness and facilities fall a bit short. With a rating of 3 stars each, the cleanliness could be improved, and the facilities, though simple, are somewhat lacking, especially with WiFi only available in the lobby. Overall, it's a convenient option with friendly service but could benefit from some upgrades.

Nice, comfortable but the parking is small, the receptionist is friendly

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was fragrant and clean, and the location was super strategic, close to a shopping center.
