An absolutely stunning hotel! It was such a unique experience, truly like a real-life Alice in Wonderland. It's a shame we only stayed one night before heading to our next destination. It's also quite close to the volcano. We arrived very late and thought we'd miss out on a lot of the experience, but it turned out to be even more magical at night, like a Disney castle! What a wonderful day.

The place is clean, comfortable, and for those who like quiet, this is very suitable because the atmosphere is very peaceful, not far from the market, the people who have are also friendly, I stayed 2 nights 3 days and as long as there the atmosphere is very comfortable, anyway, the best, from the tourist attractions are also close to all

The hotel is not far from the volcano, it is the theme of 7 dwarfs, but the road up the mountain is particularly difficult to walk, and then we arrived late, and we had to get up early the next day and couldn't experience it more deeply. Because the hotel is on the mountain, the road is a bit steep, so the luggage to the lobby is also very hard to help in the hotel. The toilet is a bit small. The hotel prepared a breakfast lunch very intimately.

The room was very spacious, which is becoming quite rare these days. The hotel also has a large garden with lots of greenery, making it peaceful and relaxing. The fresh mountain air was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The property feels like an older hotel that is gradually being renovated. We booked three rooms, and while room 220 looked much better maintained, room 230 (the mountain view room at the end of the building) had visible mold on parts of the ceiling. The staff were kind enough to offer us another room, which we appreciated. However, mold is something that really needs attention, as it can affect guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. Another area for improvement is the towels and bath mats, which looked quite worn and should be replaced for better hygiene. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful garden. With better maintenance, especially addressing the mold issue and replacing old linens, it could become an even more enjoyable place to stay.
