Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

The hotel is very clean and peaceful， The service is also good， rooms are spacious and dont carry bad smell. The only problem i can think of is towels and curtain. which i guess wont be problem for anyone who is not picky like me， there is a little amount of light leaking through curtains which will make you awake if you are sensitive to light. Also the towels are thin which are not to my liking and they are missing small towels. Breakfast downstairs is delicious but there isnt much to select from.morning coffee is the best i have tasted all over indonesia. Over all good hotel and would choose to stay here next time too. Overall, it's good value for money, but there are some downsides. There was no hot water for showering. The front desk service was very welcoming, which is why I insisted on staying there. The only downside was the lack of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was cleaner than other hotels, and not damp. If you don't mind the lack of hot water or the not-too-cold water, it's a good option.

Nice hotel 1. Room is not spacious. The cheapest room advertise here is the room with sharing bathroom(it is not stated in the booking). But u can upgrade to attached bathroom with additional Rp80k. 2. Comfortable bed 3. Nice hot shower yet the bathroom is not spacious 4. Good wifi from room 5. Staff very nice n helpful 6. The location is very strategic, easy for looking for food, shopping and hanging out but they need to improve their responsiveness especially the manager in accepting the inputs from travellers like us. Overall, thanks to Uty one of the staff was very kind to us. Very appreciated for the responses. One more, need to increase the cleanliness.

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

The hotel is great, really comfortable. It's suitable for solo travelers or even families, and the service is excellent.

The hotel's location seemed good, but access to the city center was challenging due to poor street planning and traffic management. The room was okay, but the shower didn't work properly (water leaked from a large hole in the shower head, for some reason). Also, on the first day (or rather, evening), cigarette smoke wafted into the room. On the plus side, it was close to inexpensive local restaurants and juice bars. The hotel staff was relatively friendly.
