GGuest UserITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too!
Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest UserThe first room they gave us was not good - the key card holder fell off - the room had a musty smell and was a corner room - thought is was small in size. So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott.
We would rate this as an average hotel

The staff truly stood out they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, from hassle-free early check-in to promptly addressing any needs that arose . The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options . Its convenient location near the Golden Temple and other key attractions made getting around the city effortless . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in Amritsar.

GGuest UserI reached the destination using maps. It's location is on the main road to airport. Very easy to access. It is newly launched only less than one year of operation. Building, rooms are well maintained, staff is very cooperative. But due to non availability of dormitry, the driver have to stay outside the hotel. This service must be started.

GGuest UserThe hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

GGuest UserOurs was a single night stay at hotel hong kong inn, the room was clean and it comes with basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water bottle as complimentary. The hotel is near the amritsar railway station and is reasonably close to the golden temple as well. The food here was good which we had ordered through room service. They have free wifi as well. The bed and room were clean as well. The hotel has a lift and the staff here was helpful and courteous. Overall a good value proposition.

Only thing to improve is something on the maintenance of property. It's such a beautiful one but still if get better would become a 5 star.

GGuest UserThe foremost positive point for this hotel has to be it's proximity to the golden temple, second would be their food quality. The rooms have all amenities but the only down side is their service and attentiveness. Both are extremely slow and below the mark. Once this is corrected, i am sure this hotel will be on the bucket list of all visiting amritsar. All in all- a satisfactory stay.
