Bbhatiarajivoverall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.

GGuest UserThe hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

GGuest UserAwesome stay, great food. I have travel-led across himachal and north indian food here is the best. This is a repeated stay and as always staff was super helpful and courteous. Rooms are cosy and quite giving restful sleep. Special thanks to sahil for going out of the way and sharing helpful trips and contacts for nearby attractions for a hassle-free blessed trip and darshan at nearby shaktipeeth.

VVica25I enjoyed my stay here overall, especially because of the peaceful garden atmosphere. It really feels like you’re staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery and fresh air.
In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was average. Since the property is located within a garden environment, I noticed that some areas showed signs of wear, including a bit of rust and mold in certain places. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance and upkeep.
That being said, what truly made the experience enjoyable was Kittu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took great care of everything and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His hospitality really stood out and made a positive difference.
The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a great way to start each morning.
One thing to note is the location. The property is situated midway between the main areas, which means taxis do not usually pass by regularly. If you need transportation, it is best to ask the manager to help arrange a taxi for you.
The property is not within walking distance of everything. It takes some time to travel down to the Dalai Lama Temple area, and it also takes a while to go up to Dharamkot. Depending on your plans, you may need to arrange transportation or be prepared for a bit of walking.
Overall, if you enjoy nature, greenery, and a peaceful environment away from the crowds, this is a lovely place to stay. While the maintenance could be improved in some areas, the warm hospitality from Kittu and the tasty breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

AAnonymous UserSahil, one of the staff members, was very friendly, patient, and kind, even to someone like me who isn’t very good at English. He was always quick to come over and help. The location is excellent, and the bathroom facilities are brand new. The rooms are spotlessly clean. You can order room service from the delicious café upstairs. Although there were some drafts and it was a bit chilly, I would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

PPANCHALIf you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other
