GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing the architecture and furniture are NICE BUT Manager from the hotel was unwelcoming when I would like to asked her something about the SPA.after my check out she's was better and smiling, maybe the English is a big issues in Italy

GGuest UserLocation is excellent, right on the waterfront of the old city.
The hotel itself is very grand so to speak, spacious rooms and large public areas. It is becoming a bit old: Not necessarily run down, but dated. There's a bar area behind reception which looks like it's never seen customers for ages, the breakfast is a bit meager for a hotel of this size but then again Italians don't do big breakfasts. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

GGuest UserWould be nicer if they have some support to the guests, like snacks, refreshments and booze, especially around the pool, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere .
The AC is tooooo weak. Practically doesn't work. Our rooms were very hot and the Air conditioner not dimensioned for the amount of heat and size of the room.
The facility is beautiful, swimming pool very nice, the place is super cleaned, nice architecture, easy access.

SSxingxingxingr一次非常完美的住宿。酒店剛開業4個月，房間非常的寬敞且乾淨，每個房間都配有咖啡機。前台英文很不錯服務也非常周到，唯一不足的是因為酒店很新，他們自己的餐廳和咖啡廳還沒有開業，但離酒店20米遠的街角就有一家很不錯的咖啡廳，所以完全不影響住宿質量。酒店因為在城區中心，沒有自己的停車位，周圍及鄰近的主街都有停車位，價格也很便宜。我們剛好趕上橄欖的採摘季，酒店還貼心的為我們安排了他們老闆自家橄欖園參觀及親自採摘體驗，並在橄欖園安排了他們自家橄欖油品嚐野餐，之後還參與了自己採摘的橄欖在橄欖油榨取作坊的製作全過程。人生第一次體驗橄欖油製作，非常的令人難忘。同行夥伴生日，酒店還安排了驚喜花束和紅酒，超級貼心。下次來還會選這裏。
