KKhaledStaff was so friendly and the hotel in general clean but there is no Shataf at the toilets and unfortunately there was no WiFi at the hotel which force me to buy a SIM card to do my staff for 50 USD .
You can’t sleep from the night club front of the hotel very very loud noise until 2 am

The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, from the concierge’s insightful tips to the restaurant staff’s warm hospitality.
I would highly recommend Monte Cassino to anyone visiting Jounieh area, whether for business or leisure. The combination of exceptional service and a prime location makes it an outstanding choice.
