DDondeThe check-in process was a bit complicated because there were no clear instructions to stop the car and register at the security post first. The security staff also had poor communication during the check-in process, which made things confusing.
In terms of amenities, the lighting in the living room was too dim, and the water heater was not functioning. Because of this, we were unable to enjoy a warm bath during our stay. Anyhow, the place is clean and in good location to jalan2 around Butterworth or Sungai Petani.
