The hotel is just beside the mall and has direct access to SM Bacolod. The room was clean, and most importantly quiet. The staff was also very warm and accomodating.

I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: ”Unequal and Unfair” Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the ”size lottery” but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts.

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. As a family, we’ve visited this place four times now. Our first visit was about 10 years ago, then again three years later, a third time in 2020, and now recently. To be honest, I’m really disappointed with how the place looks now. Everywhere you look, there is trash on the ground. The landscaping, something I loved most during our first visit, is no longer maintained. Some areas even smell like urine, which is really disheartening. Booking a room has also become difficult. Their Facebook page and website are not responsive, and their phone numbers can’t be reached. When I asked the front desk, I was told that no one is assigned to handle calls. So book your rooms here in trip.com The staff also seem overworked and no longer as welcoming. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, and several areas need attention. The dinosaur park is damaged, and the playground, once a happy place for kids is now broken and has an unpleasant smell. While I appreciate that new attractions like the chasing slides have been added, it’s disappointing that the original features are no longer well maintained. It’s really sad to see how much the place has declined over the years.

Conveniently located near Ceres bus station. Room is big enough to accomodate 2 persons and some luggage. Bathroom needs to be constantly ventilated though to avoid accumulation of molds.

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.

We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.

The location was excellent, but we were disappointed with the service. Our check-in time was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we arrived at the hotel at 3:00 PM, excited to settle into our room after a long and tiring journey. Unfortunately, the front desk informed us that our room was still unavailable, and we had to wait until 3:45 PM before we could check in. That said, we appreciate the efforts of the front desk staff and the security guard, who continuously followed up on the room's availability and kept us informed. Their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. We hope the hotel can improve its room readiness so future guests can check in on time.
