The Horizon Club Room offers a truly expansive view, and the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is excellent. BGC is bustling day and night with constant traffic, and you can even see Makati in the distance. As expected from a Shangri-La in the central business district, the facilities are top-notch, cleanliness is superb, the environment is safe and convenient, and the service is impeccable. My only complaint is the price. It's definitely worth a visit for a family trip.

The unit is spacious, clean and well furnished with all the essentials. The host made sure everything is set before check in. There is also option to book for a parking slot for an additional fee. The view from the 34F unit is amazing! You can see the view of Laguna De Bay on a clear day while BGC skyline at night. A lot of options for restaurants in the area that’s just walking distance. Uptown and Mitsokoshi malls are also options for shopping malls. Will definitely book again!

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

It’s very spacious and perfect for group staycations. Location is also perfect. The only issue we had is airconditioning which is not at its best. There’s a limit to 20 degrees to prevent leakage but it proved to be very hot since the windows are floor to ceiling glass. Aside from that, overall still a great stay

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

This hotel offers great value for money. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, from an induction hob and a fridge to a kettle, allowing you to cook your own meals. The service is warm and friendly, and the hygiene is excellent. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to restaurants and a large shopping mall. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

Considering the price, this place offers great value for money. It's my top choice for business trips, as it's surrounded by many office buildings and pedestrian streets, with numerous company offices located in this area. It's also not too far from the airport. The room comes with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and some kitchen utensils, making it much more convenient than staying in a regular hotel. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel at One Up Town Residences. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The property manager was also very easy to communicate with—responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen and other amenities were complete, so we had everything we needed and truly felt at home. My family had an amazing vacation experience, and we definitely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the BGC area.

This was one of the easiest places I’ve ever stayed. Everything was exactly as described, and I didn’t run into a single problem during my visit. I would definitely stay here again.
