We had an amazing 2-night stay in a double room here. The house is a beautiful wooden manor with a very cozy, authentic atmosphere.
What we absolutely loved:
Indoor BBQ Area: A separate warm indoor grill house where you can cook meat or local cheese regardless of the weather.
Basement SPA Zone: A fantastic relaxation area on the lower level with a Finnish sauna, a huge jacuzzi, a dining table, a TV, and a powerful music speaker. The perfect way to unwind!
Comfort & Hospitality: Spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds, and incredibly warm, welcoming hosts.
Perfect location away from crowds, yet close to everything. Would definitely love to come back! ⛰️🧳

AalbertltAn amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Beautiful and huge park near by as well.
Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids!
Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable.
Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple.
I will definitely visit again.
Few suggestions:
Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks!

HHoubareniI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious food, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

GGuest UserI had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

OOlga.SkavyshIt’s a really great place to stay. It takes approximately 15 minutes to the bus station by foot. The facilities are cool. I had a quite spacious room with spectacular view on the mountains. Breakfast is with good selection and food is yummy. The only disadvantage is for three day stay the room wasn’t cleaned and a trash bean wasn’t cleaned either. Nevertheless I liked staying there and I would exactly recommend this place.

HHoubareniOur stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and offered excellent amenities. Every meal was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff were courteous, efficient, and made sure every guest felt comfortable. I would gladly return.
