GGuest UserDear Team at Elaf Taiba Hotel, I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for during my time at your hotel. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future, in shā’ Allāh. Kind regards, Fahmida Begum

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended! A 5-star experience in every sense!

GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365) It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid. On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too. The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room. All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men. Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late. Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

BBenTraveller************* a really pleasant stay we are very grateful to the team for allowing early check in at 10am which was super helpful considering the inconvenient Wizz air London to Medina schedule. Rooms were comfortable. Mount Uhud view was appreciated. as well as the hotel no delays with lifts etc. Excellent convenience with food street which was a great help. Honestly location is a key benefit for the hotel. Breakfast was good but a slight let down . Hash browns were not great tasting likewise for the pancakes. The omelette line was a bit too long straight after Fajr but if you wait to have breakfast till about 8am the queue is more reasonable. Cheese on the omelette station wasn’t nice I’d recommend changing it as it was way too bland and looked awfully plasticky. There needs to be a greater variety of juices and fresh fruit. for the Honestly for the price we paid for was really good value I’d definitely book again if prices make sense for it regardless off the breakfast let down as the variety of foods meant you can still leave the breakfast hall full. The Karak chai in the breakfast hall was enjoyable no doubt. Overall it’s more of a very good 4* hotel by Madina hotel standards

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Madinah by IHG Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is exceptionally well-located, just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient for prayers, especially during this blessed time. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment to relax after long days. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, respectful, and perfectly suited for visitors coming for spiritual purposes. A special thanks to Mr. Omar Mohsen, Duty Manager, and Mohammed Ziyard Firzan from the Food & Beverage team. Their service was of the highest standard — both are true assets to the IHG group. They were extremely respectful, well-spoken, and highly professional, delivering top-level customer service that truly enhanced my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options catering to different tastes. The staff in general were welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah and look forward to staying here again in the future, inshaAllah.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights in Madinah with our family. The nightly rate was on the expensive side, but it felt in line with other similar hotels in the area. The location is decent — it’s around a 15-minute drive to Al-Haram — but there is no shuttle service at all. On the positive side, the room and overall facilities were clean. Unfortunately, a few issues really impacted our stay. There is construction immediately behind (almost attached to) the building, and we were woken up around 7:00 AM by nonstop drilling that continued for hours. Because of the noise, we ended up leaving the hotel and staying out as much as possible during the daytime. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel should have the courtesy to clearly share this noise/construction situation at the time of booking, so guests can make an informed decision. Parking was another major challenge. The parking is very limited and the access is not easy, so if you’re traveling with a car, it can be quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, while the staff we did interact with were friendly, it was often hard to find someone when we needed assistance.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.
