GGuest UserOur first time staying with Four Seasons, and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room and facilities. We are regular gym users and this is the best gym by far we have had the benefit of. We will definitely try Four Seasons elsewhere as a result of our stay in Singapore.

1100056****The best part of our family trip to Singapore was our stay at the Conrad. The room was spacious, and both the sofa and bed were very comfortable. The hotel gave us a high-floor room with an amazing view, including the Merlion. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was cleaned meticulously, and the turndown service even included cookies, muffins, and a Christmas card. We arrived late at night for check-in. After getting to our room, we requested extra slippers and a blanket, and housekeeping was very quick to respond, even proactively bringing children's toothbrushes. The location is excellent too, right above the Promenade MRT station. Suntec City is across the street, and Marina Square is next door. All these malls are accessible via sky bridges, making it super convenient for activities like the Duck Tour and visiting the Merlion.

Hygiene: Generally clean.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. There's a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs, it's very close to Marina Bay, and you can see the National Museum, Merlion, and Esplanade (Durian/Apple) right from downstairs.
Service: The hotel has two breakfast restaurants, so you have variety.

PPPM TangThis hotel is always my first choice when having biz trip to spore. Great location and basically U can get everything U need within a walking distance. Love the hotel service as they offer u the maximum privacy and DIY service. The hotel has everything U need for biz trip (laundry room, kitchennett, coffee bar .... Etc).

LLWR_99Booked 3D2N staycay for my child and her friend. Generally Pullman rocked the youthful vibes in the common areas. Service staff are polite.
Hotel is small, with basic facilities, and well located between two MRT stations - Somerset and Orchard. No sheltered connection to next building, please bring umbrella.
Room was quite disappointing as it looks dated, and very far off from the vibe in the common area. Aside from the aesthetics, we did not stay the 2nd night as my daughter and her friend were sneezing and had hives after the first night. May be down to dust etc.
For the price, the room definitely could be better.

GGuest UserIt was our first time visiting One 15.. Apart from the amazing location, the hotel was situated pretty conveniently with Cold Storage, 711 & Little Farms, just a stone away. The bathtub could be better, as it is very sunken and deep, and it can be very inconvenient for elderly people or those with knee problems. We didn't go for the breakfast option as it was not halal certified, not many options, and not cost effective. The gym facility was not good as it is only open till 9pm for non-members. It is 24/7 only for members, which I find quite unreasonable as even non-members paid for the hotel. Our view was excellent, it was facing the marina and we loved it. Another part of concern was that anyone could enter the hotel from the back entrance and access the lift to go up to the rooms. The lift does not have any access card system. Anyone can just come in and access the floors, which can be quite alarming for security reasons. Other than that, all was good. Our operator managed our stay extension very smoothly and even allowed us to check out at 1pm. Thank you to all who made our stay pleasant.

I particularly loved the city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, which was especially captivating at night. The staff provided warm and attentive service, making me feel well cared for from check-in to check-out. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Western and Asian options, and I highly recommend checking out the local delicacies section. The swimming pool and gym facilities are well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, with a subway station within walking distance, along with numerous dining and shopping choices nearby. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an outstanding accommodation option in Singapore, offering great value for money.

GGuest UserEverything was great, however, the pillows were the worst for me and my husband. They were very soft so they fell flat the moment our heads landed on them. But, cleanliness, the vibes, the staffs were excellent :) in the morning, we were clueless though when it came to breakfast and we found other families also started coming to the restaurant but couldn’t find anyone by 9am. Guests with young kids would be hungry by then. Hopefully, these feedbacks could be something to be improved on by the management. All in all, I’d still highly recommend this place :) it’s a chill vibe with amazing experience, especially for young kids who love buses.

TTogosThe hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and is easily accessible by bus and MRT. Although the room for two was slightly compact, it was well equipped with all the basic amenities, including a safe box, hairdryer, hangers, and a fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable; however, the bed height made it difficult for kids and elderly guest to get on and off the bed.

GGuest UserTraveling with my parents, I chose this hotel because I felt the loft rooms wouldn't feel too cramped (hotel rooms in Singapore are generally on the smaller side). It was decent for a family of three. The upstairs area was okay; we could fit one or two suitcases and there was a chair. Downstairs, there was no seating other than the bed. The mattress was a bit soft, making it a bit of an effort for the person sleeping inside to get out. Coffee and tea bags were provided. Just a short walk from the hotel's parking area is the Singapore River, surrounded by many dining options (mostly Western cuisine). There were quite a few people exercising and cycling. It's a bit of a walk to the MRT station, but there's a smaller food court about 600 meters away where we had several meals. Overall, the hotel is quite clean and new. However, the air freshener scent in the hallway outside the elevator was quite strong initially, though it improved over the next few days. The lobby scent was fine. Plus, there are several 7-Eleven stores nearby, making it very convenient for buying things. Overall, our stay was quite good, and the housekeeping was very clean.
