GGuest UserMy first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.

AAnonymous UserTout d abord la réservation faite chez trip.com ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j ai reserver. Chambres 2 lits King zize ou 4 lits. Personne handicapés devait dormir dans 1 lit séparément, hors ce que vous avez demandé à l hotel, c est chez expédia je l ai vu devant mes yeux à l hotel sur bon de commande 1 Chambres double ×2.donc si j avais réservé cela j aurais payer 70 euros×2 puisque deux réservation et le lit supplémentaire n est jamais arrivé du à votre commande à l hotel. Très mécontentement de votre site. Je ne le recommande à personne
