If you are choosing a place to enjoy your holidays, getting away from crowd and enjoy peaceful moments, it’s definitely a right place for you. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Food in hotel restaurant is excellent, they offer different menu for lunch and dinner. Verify options for breakfast buffet, you will never feel bored for their food. Hotel offers yoga class on the morning daily except Sunday. Family or solo can also start with a “ Good morning “. There is a swimming pool, small gym room, different ball games for visitors to chill. Hotel is also connected with different Partners, no need to worry about the day trip prior arrival. They can plan everything for you including stone town visit, prison island , snorkelling. We just enjoy our time during our stay.

First of all, bad, 1. Booked an executive room, but this hotel does not have an executive lounge at all. I don’t know what the difference between the executive room and the cheap ordinary room is. The executive room is reflected in it. It is recommended that Trip.com . If you don’t have a lounge hotel, don’t sell the executive room type, or write down what courtesy is there? 2. There are frequent power outages and power outages, but it will come soon, and it is estimated that it has something to do with the local power system. 3. Living on the second floor, just arrived in the house, there is no water in the bathroom, and there is no water in the toilet. It took a long time to call to come. Let's talk about the advantages. 1. Have your own private beach, the quality is not bad The restaurant is delicious 3. The whole hotel view and exterior design are not bad, very beautiful 4. The service staff are not bad and very nice

The bungalow was beautiful, thoughtfully designed with local touches, and reflected the property's strong commitment to sustainable tourism. It was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The resort is design-focused and exudes a tranquil, laid-back vibe. We loved the stunning beach with its crystal-clear waters and the lush greenery surrounding the property. What impressed us most was how the resort consistently maintained a high standard in every aspect of our stay. The food was consistently excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering a great variety of high-quality, flavourful dishes made from fresh ingredients. The service from the staff was outstanding. The entire Zuri team delivered impeccable hospitality. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We can't wait to return and reconnect with some of the wonderful people who made our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Tui Blue Bahari Zanzibar

Tui Blue Bahari is 5*+ There is space, good food, great private beaches, 5 restaurants, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. There were more sunbeds than guests when we stayed and towels are available poolside. There are bars in the garden, by the beach and at the pool, which are all manned with waiters and bar staff who are happy and efficient. The hotel has security and a private beach and the local tour sellers wait at the beach for you to engage. If you walk straight into the sea from the resort you'll find starfish, urchins and Dory fish. The room door we had wouldn't lock with a firm push and a couple times after the cleaners had been it was unlocked. Overall though 9.5/10 I'd recommend for any special occasion, or for those who want to safari in Tanzania, or swim with dolphins in Mnemba.

My stay at Nungwi Dreams by Mantis was absolutely magical. Waking up to the ocean in view and catching the sunrise daily was golden – a truly breathtaking way to start each day. The hotel’s private beach was such a serene and peaceful retreat, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the turquoise waters away from the crowds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had the best night’s sleep, and the staff were so attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay truly special. The food was top-notch, with every dish prepared to perfection, and the night entertainment was amazing, adding a lively yet elegant touch to the evenings. The rooftop bar, with its stunning panoramic views of the ocean, was an absolute highlight – a sight to behold and the perfect place to unwind. Nungwi Dreams by Mantis is a serene oasis away from the busyness of Nungwi, offering both relaxation and unforgettable experiences. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

The entire island experiences intermittent power outages. I encountered this about three times a day in both the restaurant and my room, each lasting less than ten seconds before power was restored. Some of the staff, especially a female chef at one of the restaurants (the head chef rotates nightly), showed clear disdain for Asian guests. Upon check-in, a male front desk staff member saw that I only had a small backpack (a tiny summit pack, as my main luggage was left in Kilimanjaro and not brought to Zanzibar). I was already carrying it myself, but he forcibly took it from me, even after I told him it wasn't necessary, clearly trying to earn a tip. Once in the room, he kept making small talk and wouldn't leave, seemingly afraid I wouldn't tip him. I ended up giving him one. When I was checking out, my flight was delayed, so I asked if I could extend my check-out by an hour. The staff confirmed that an extension wasn't possible, but I could still use the hotel's beverage, snack, and other facilities. Since I had an all-inclusive package, I double-checked with a male staff member on the phone and a female staff member at the front desk about getting a drink, given my flight was delayed by three hours (my check-out was at 12 PM, and I hoped to leave around 1 PM). They both said it was fine. So, at 12:30 PM, I had a glass of orange juice by the pool. At 1 PM, as I was leaving the hotel, I was stopped and asked to pay. The staff member who had previously confirmed this with me, along with another server (not the beverage server), debated with me in front of their supervisor. Eventually, the supervisor, James, intervened and told me I could leave. One of the bartenders at the beach bar also displayed discrimination towards Asians, practically fawning over white guests. I sat there for ages, and he ignored me even after I politely asked for the menu twice, pretending not to hear. As soon as a white person sat down, he was instantly there, chatting them up. Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the service. Some staff members' English was poor, leading to communication misunderstandings (and I've studied English for many years and graduated with an English degree). The excessive debating in front of a customer also doesn't reflect good service. There were instances of discrimination and being forced into tipping. The entire service experience was very poor. The beach, however, is excellent, and the hotel's location is good.

My friend and I came for 3 days and 2 nights and it was great! We arrived around 9am which was way before the check in time and they accommodated us so well and gave of coffee and fruit while they set up our room early! The room was way better than what we ever expected. The AC was the first we’ve had in our whole month stay in Tanzania! The room was spacious, had patio seating private to the room, a great bathroom, and very nice decor! Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating to any needs. The location is great and a 5 minute walk to the beach and a great restaurant called Maisha that we ate at almost every night. The area felt very safe too! Even at the end of our trip our flight was at 10pm and they let us leave our bags at the hotel while we spent our day at the beach, and even let us come back to change and wait until our taxi came! Overall a great stay for a great price, we were so glad to have gotten the chance to stay here!

Everything's good, but the rooms look a bit on the economical side, though that's a matter of taste. The internet is a real problem; it's slow and barely available in most rooms.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Beautiful road to the beach, through the restaurant. Ledges and umbrellas are free at the hotel. The beach towels are issued on the respiratory. Near this hotel the widest part of the beach, so to swim, you need to forgive about 50 m on soft white sand. You can lie at the ocean on a towel, but there you are tortured by local ”fake massai,” very obsessive but safe. So it is better to lie on the territory of the hotel, and to swim, it is impossible to pass. In the ocean itself I didn't leave things, For security purposes, on the lying - calmly. Breakfasts are delicious. The juice is freshly squeezed, every day different. Fruit plate, toasts, pancakes and eggs with different supplements (سوسيس, beef, mushrooms, beans ...). The prices at the restaurant at the hotel are slightly more expensive than in other cafes, if eating in the afternoon, there are lots of flies and attacking food, in the morning they are not. (I walked next to, left of the beach Furana restaurant, there is no flies, delicious and beautiful!!!) When the electricity is off, there is a generator in the hotel, without electricity you won't stay. There were no problems with water too, a little weak pressure only. You must buy a passerby, English railroads. Otherwise you will not be able to charge the phone when you arrive. Staff - just super! Girls on the respiratory and maids delicious! Thank you! The number is simple, but generally normal, given that it is Africa, the extracts are not waiting. The air conditioner worked well. Feng was. The hotel is mostly foreigners, from Russian I was one, but in the neighboring Tropicana there are a lot of compatriots. To clean the room, the key is left on the recipe. Water can also be taken every day on the respiratory. I liked the hotel! I can definitely say I would return here! Price is quality! Now I moved to Nungvi - I don't like it here, the beach is much worse, with lying problems, lots of boats in the sea and the crowd stick. And the prices in restaurants are not cheaper than in Kendwa. If you are interested in the beach and the ocean is definitely Kendwa. If you rest with children, Kendwa too!

Great hotel, but some niggles. Has safe parking, central location, nice staff, big rooms. In our first block power off virtually every night 6-9.00 pm, Did get moved and was a huge improvement. Breakfast could be a little more interesting On the whole well worth a visit 😎
