BBenpaodexiaoyangmieyangThe room was big, the coffee machine was broken, and the plug was broken. I refused to make a purchase order. I told them to go to a platform. I took the deposit and consumed an egg (very funny). I should have placed an order. (There were no eggs in the morning. I ordered the order. They said there was a charge but didn't, and later they charged more than 2 US dollars). It's close to the station. There are many homeless people downstairs. The public security is not good. I couldn't find a parking space. In order to check in, I parked in the parking lot opposite for more than ten minutes. They charged 22 US dollars, and after driving out, they charged another 29 US dollars for the night. It was a bad experience.

SSiattaThe Hotel was lovely but there was some issues with beddings, cleanliness” but I had pictures so I was able to sent it to there higher up in which the issue was fixed immediately, the breakfast was really good but quite expensive so we chose to eat on our last day everyone in the hotel was pretty friendly and nice, my favorite part of the hotel were there cookies I think it did the trick with everything else they lacked and they weren’t stingy in handing out the cookies amazing” overall experience was a 3 star as expected what would make it for if they fixed things before check in like the beddings and vent system in the rooms” shower was good water pressure perfect

JJoshua CoitThis place was extremely clean, had many amenities such as complimentary designer toiletries, tea bottle opener, wine glasses and of course the clawfoot bathtub. One would say it was easy to forget this unit even had a rain tile large walk in shower.
The only down side I would say, the hotel does not have a front desk so everything is all virtual, a little different than the traditional check in, however if I would have read prior to booking the process would have been extremely painless. The supper staff over the phone were tremendously helpful.

Only one issue - apparently a new rule was implemented regarding checking in early afternoon. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at 1:15pm and asked to check in. I travel for a living so I was a bit disappointed to hear it would cost an additional $50 to get my room an 1 1/2 ”early”. I asked if it was ready and was told yes. So after a 6 hour drive my choice was to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half+ or pay the $50. I said I understood if I was trying to check in at like 9:00 am.
When checking out Tryp made the experience right.
Overall, as a frequent visitor to pittsburgh I look forward to returning and highly recommend.

SShiningSZThe first hotel after Pitt's, located on the riverside, you can walk out to the bridge next to it, which is quite good. The hotel's elevator is very old, it can be regarded as antique.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, nearby companies, more famous universities, safer during the day, and more black people at night. Hotel swimming pool, bar, you can feel the culture inside without going out. It is not safe to swipe the card without losing the password.

GGuest UserThe television was super outdated. The remote control wouldn’t work majority of the time but somehow managed to not have enough security or confirmation that my baby touched a button & a movie was ordered.. mind you the remote didn’t even work to let me know it was “purchased” or rented let alone did it even play! The cleanliness could’ve been a tad better but for the price I guess it made sense. The soap is so cheap it dries you out. The shower curtain didn’t really keep all the water inside the tub/ shower area. The beds were decently comfortable. When checking out they gave me the cash back that paid it in except they took money from my cash deposit from the so called movie that was ordered instead of putting it on my card . And it was taxed $30 for a rented movie is absolutely ridiculous!
