GGuest UserGreat room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer.

GGuest UserHotel was really quiet at night. The pool was locked but the guy unlocked it so the kids could get in it. It was a little dirty but I feel like it was out of season for it. Who knows. Checking in was a little uncomfortable though. The man behind the counter was nice but he was doing something on the computer so he asked the employee that was laying on the couch to get me checked in. It clearly inconvenienced her. I truly hope her day got better. Overall, if we travel to the area in the future I would definitely stay here again!
