GGuest UserThe hotel was specialized in health clubs and saunas, so it was better. Walnut Creek was a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to relax quietly. The interior was clean. However, it was a pity that the shelf in the bathroom was somewhat rusty.

WwaltzdreamerThe room was clean and tidy, and the layout was very comfortable. It was just a little noisy next to the highway, so those who require quiet sleep should avoid it. In addition, the air conditioner in the room was very noisy, which is the case in most American hotels. I don't understand why such a noisy air conditioner is still in use. Buy some good Chinese appliances!

CC.F.Very convenient location close to Sunvalley shopping mall, grocery stores (two Safeways), family entertainment like Six Flags Hurricane Water Park. Also saw the 4th of July parade in downtown Pleasant Hill. My only complaint is the hotel’s parking lot was re-paved for two days when we stayed. there were limited and no parking spaces on the premises so we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk back with luggage and groceries. We were charged US$10 per day to use the hotels parking lot but I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the two days we could not park our car at the hotel’s parking lot due to it being under construction and road was re-paved.

EENFENGThis hotel is very remote, with very simple facilities, and the price does not match at all. I don't know if Ctrip overcharged it or why! Two rooms are worth more than 3,000 yuan, which is the level of a domestic hotel of 300-500 yuan

GGuest User房間很大很乾凈，二樓景色還不錯就是太吵尤其不能開窗，衣帽間處噪音很大，不知噪音從何處而來？設施比較基礎咖啡機咖啡茶包一次性杯子都備好了，如果不夠可以打電話給前台補充. 浴室裏的洗髮水護髮素都是空的但有一瓶浴液是充足的，由於自己自備了洗護用品就沒通知前台. 房間打掃及物品補充也是需要時通知前台，否則工作人員不會擅自進入房間.7月16號到的時間比較早，前台一位金髮小姑娘態度很好，幫我查是否有空房提前入住，由於到的時間在上午11點，很多房間尚未打掃完畢，金髮小姑娘主動幫我寄存行李並告知我周圍的餐廳及市場.2個小時我再次回到酒店，這位小姑娘告知我可以入住了.雖然樓層較低（靠近高速）白天很吵但晚上相對比較安靜. 總體來説性價比還算不錯.周圍餐廳超市還是很方便的，值得推薦.

GGuest UserRoom smelled musty probably because of the old carpet. Lamps in the nightstand were dusty and the microwave had rust inside so we didn’t feel safe using it. Towels were too thin but everything else was ok. Location is good. If you’re picky with where you’re staying at I wouldn’t recommend it but for visiting a family and don’t have other choice then yes.
