GGuest UserThe hotel was specialized in health clubs and saunas, so it was better. Walnut Creek was a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to relax quietly. The interior was clean. However, it was a pity that the shelf in the bathroom was somewhat rusty.

HHenrique RegaladoThere was an error on my reservations, I had selected a king size bed and I was given a two queen size beds. Both were the same charge of 149.00 dollars. I contacted trip.com to correct the error, I was told it was not possible. I contacted the hotel, they also said it wasn't possible. When I went to the hotel to check in, I explained to the check-in person that was there at the time, which happened to be a lady I cannot remember her name, my apologies. She was nice enough, and friendly enough to accommodate me in this mix-up. So thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my stay as always. I have never had a bad experience at this particular Hotel, which is the courtyard in Richmond Berkeley. So once again thank you to the hotel, for accommodating me in my situation. Thank you for your time

CC.F.Very convenient location close to Sunvalley shopping mall, grocery stores (two Safeways), family entertainment like Six Flags Hurricane Water Park. Also saw the 4th of July parade in downtown Pleasant Hill. My only complaint is the hotel’s parking lot was re-paved for two days when we stayed. there were limited and no parking spaces on the premises so we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk back with luggage and groceries. We were charged US$10 per day to use the hotels parking lot but I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the two days we could not park our car at the hotel’s parking lot due to it being under construction and road was re-paved.

EENFENGThis hotel is very remote, with very simple facilities, and the price does not match at all. I don't know if Ctrip overcharged it or why! Two rooms are worth more than 3,000 yuan, which is the level of a domestic hotel of 300-500 yuan

RRMAN333We love the location. Right across The Veranda and many other shops. The room assigned to us was spacious, clean and beautiful. Hotel staff are all nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again in our future visits.

The room was very clean
The hallway on the second Floor smelled of ******** the whole time we were there. We addressed at the front desk and they said they would have security look into it. We never heard anything back nor did the smell go away.
We were told that the pool was heated and it was not and it was freezing, and we were not able to go in
We originally had booked for only two nights and ended up staying for five nights because of the location and the fact that we didn’t have to move our luggage elsewhere, but it would’ve been very nice. Had the breakfast been better than what was offered and every time we went down, it appeared to be closed, even though it was before 10 o’clock.

Just disappointed that it wasn’t a nice warm heated pool to use and a better breakfast

GGuest UserThis will definitely be another place I will stay at again. It is in a nice area with lots of options for food and close to the gym where my basketball team I coach plays at.

GGuest UserRoom smelled musty probably because of the old carpet. Lamps in the nightstand were dusty and the microwave had rust inside so we didn’t feel safe using it. Towels were too thin but everything else was ok. Location is good. If you’re picky with where you’re staying at I wouldn’t recommend it but for visiting a family and don’t have other choice then yes.
