GGuest UserThe location is good, with ferries to Manhattan every 20 minutes. However, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water, and the lighting system is poorly designed. On the last night, the bedside lamp and the bathroom vanity light couldn't be turned off, which was a bit ridiculous. Also, the room gets very dry and generates static electricity when the air conditioning and heating are on; we had a slight electric shock when we touched the switch, my arm went numb, and I was quite startled. I hope the hotel can provide a humidifier.

XXinxianyaIts proximity to the Holland Tunnel and the six nearby gas stations makes it very convenient for drivers. It's a 10-15 minute walk to either Newport or Hoboken station, both offering PATH train services to Manhattan. There's a Target store close by, and the hotel's breakfast is simple but decent. Rooms are kept clean, and coin-operated communal washers and dryers are available; just remember to bring your own detergent, as laundry facilities can get busy after dinner and during breakfast. Whenever we had issues, the hotel staff were responsive and actively resolved them. Overall, for our two-week trip to New York, it offered great value for money.

There are not enough electrical outlets and the shower system is inconvenient.

ZZifengxuejiThe hotel's hygiene was good, and they offered free parking. Walking downhill to the main road, there's a bus stop where you can catch the 127 bus, which gets you to Times Square in about 30 minutes, so transportation is quite convenient. We paid cash when we boarded, but on the return trip, you could only pay by card. The last bus is at 9:30 PM! The hotel breakfast was very mediocre. They used paper cups and plates, and there were no staff cleaning the dining area, it was like a McDonald's. However, there aren't many restaurants nearby, so we just ate at the hotel. It's the kind of place where you just eat to fill your stomach, don't expect anything fancy! We stayed for two consecutive days. On the second day, they didn't clean the room or change any amenities! Luckily, we only booked for two days.

CCath1 HThe staff was welcoming. The view is amazing and the room is a lot bigger than expected. The location is also nice cuz there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel where you can take route 148 to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, which takes less than half an hour. I would really recommend and will definitely book again!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this motel, especially when you consider the typical cost of accommodation in the New York City area. It truly offers excellent value for money!
The location is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to everything you could need for daily life: a supermarket, bus stops, and plenty of dining options. More importantly, the motel provides easy access to Manhattan by bus. Here’s a crucial travel tip: When leaving the city, be sure to take the NJ Transit Bus 123 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to get back to the North Bergen area. The buses suggested by Google Maps don't all go to North Bergen and can take much longer; the Bus 123 runs frequently, about every 10 minutes, and is the fastest way to get to the motel area.
The room I stayed in was clean and perfectly equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a hair dryer, minifridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, heater, and television.
While the breakfast is simple, it's a useful inclusion, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Considering the prices for stays near NYC, this motel is a fantastic choice!

GGuest UserWould definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, within 5 mins walk of Newport Path station and nice neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from Manhattan without the price tag of more central hotels.
Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious and perfect for a family stay with children. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was nice to come back to a refreshed, clean and tidy room after a long day of sightseeing.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in New Jersey County near New York, with a good location, relatively quiet, clean and sanitary. But the service needs to be improved. I asked to check out at 11 o'clock, and after arguing for a while, it was 11:30. It was not very friendly, and I expressed my dissatisfaction when I left.

AAnonymous UserPros: Clean rooms, large parking lot (great for drivers), decent breakfast buffet (eggs, turkey burgers, fruit), and free coffee/water in the lobby.
Cons: Unexpected deposit at check-in. Our request for a quiet room for the elderly was ignored; we got a noisy street-side room instead.
Location: Far from NYC. A 15-minute uphill walk to public transport is required. An NJ Transit bus is the only way to the city. A shuttle service is definitely needed.
Verdict: Too noisy and distant considering the price point.

JJPVBIf you won’t mind a short bus trip back and forth to NYC, then it’s the best affordable hotel choice you can get. It was not a big deal for us because we liked the vibe of going in and out of NY. Walmart was just a few walks away which was the best part, getting goods was very easy. There’s also a nearby food place which was a plus too. The breakfast was not the best (as an Asian girl who loves her rice meals lol) Coffee is available so that was good start to any day
