GGuest UserWhat a great location! Got stuck from a snow storm and this was the nearest to me. I was able to walk to a nice shopping place where there was TJ Maxx and Ross. Literally right next to it. It was a night well spent!

DDonnaCustomer service from all the staff , especially Jennifer was outstanding. Good food. Great clean rooms. My party consisted of 10 people ages 1 to 63 and we will come back!

TTraceyRoom 338 was SO hot. Adjusting the thermostat to the lowest setting on AC did not help. The blower ran continuously and was so incredibly loud it gave me a headache and I had to leave and checkout after 3 hours even though my reservation was non refundable :(

GGuest UserNot a good experience at all. The physical appearance of the exterior of the facility looked inviting. Could barely understand the guy at the front desk due to a language barrier. Got to our room and it reeked immensely of a pine scent that I guess they sprayed all over the carpet because I couldn’t find a room deodorizer of any kind in the room. Couldn’t open the window as it was not made to be opened. Cranked the fan on the AC unit just to get some air movement as our eyes and throats were burning . Thought about asking for a different room but I’m sure it would have smelled the same way, as the hallways also smelled of the same strong fragrance. The bed was hard as a rock and we both tossed and turned most of the night just to wake up to a back ache. Sheets didn’t smell very clean either. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was very weak. Here’s a pic of how dirty the bathroom light switch was. Disgusting… I don’t know how this place had such high ratings before I booked the room. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ now for what I paid and we went through. Avoid at all costs…

GGuest UserI had a very nice stay. I was there for business. My room was very clean but I walked to the ice machine just across the hall and my feet got soaked. Nothing worse then wet socks. Must of had a machine leak because in the morning they had towels and a blower on the floor. Stuff happens. I like that there was someone there attending at all times because unfortunately the area needs some City Clean Up. Again, not the Hotels fault but I appreciate them looking over the parking lot. Sure would have liked a coffee maker.
I will stay there again.

EElena 28This isn't bad at all for the price. The floors and toilet were clean, and there was a pleasant scent. I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

TToniCheck-in was great, room appeared clean upon arrival but when you take off your shoes it was bad. House keeping comes very early in the morning and leave at lunch so those of us who work late at night don't get the luxury of a made bed, fresh sheets or, clean towels. Breakfast had 2 options but it is based on first come first serve. All in all..... Not satisfied at all
