Jackson County Hotels with Parking

The front desk clerk did not know how to check us in. Had to call the manager took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Very frustrating 😢

Good location off the highway and close to downtown Ocean Springs. Room was very clean. Breakfast excellent with assortment of scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausage, gravy, yogurt and fruits.

We booked for a non-smoking room but we got a smoke/nicotin terrible smell room. The hotel clerk told us this is a no smoking room so he told us not to smoke. We don't smoke but the room was horribly smoke stinking. After we checked-out, we can still smell the smoke on our clothings. The floor is nicely renovated but it was too dirty with sand, soil!! beddings, toilet are clean. Breakfast is very simple but acceptable. Wichita Falls Baymont where we came from before Biloxi was excellent!
