Good travel hotel with clean rooms and complementary breakfast

Mu husband and I had a great time. Really enjoyed it there. Very nice staff and very friendly. Rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We will go back again soon.

Everything was good except they don’t have a ice machine!

The convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

This hotel is generally the same, the quality next to it is better, after all, the boss is the same, but the price is lower. Room hygiene is OK, quite satisfactory. But this hotel has a good view, behind the river bank, it looks beautiful in the morning sun.

The Four Points by Sheraton Charleston is located on the north bank of the Kanawha River, alongside iconic landmarks like the State Capitol. The hotel offers beautiful views from its windows. On the south bank, a railway runs parallel to the river, and trains pass by with whistles and rumbling sounds at night, which can slightly affect sleep quality. The hotel provides free parking in its parking garage, which is a great perk for guests, especially for a hotel situated in a downtown American city.

This was our first stay at this hotel. We were very impressed with the whole experience! The room was large, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were all friendly. Well done!!

Very good, I will stay at this hotel next time. The only downside is that there is no breakfast, but there is a coffee supply, and there are supermarkets nearby, which is convenient. Recommended to stay.
