Very new hotel, close to the airport, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the lights in the toilets and corridors are voice-activated. There are many hotels in the surrounding area, so it is inevitable that the new hotel is not popular, and the breakfast is slightly simple.

The room was nice, but we booked two nights and arrived one day late due to a flight delay. The front desk said it was sold out for two days, which was equivalent to wasting money. Fortunately, Ctrip officially solved the problem

First of all, the front desk clerk's service attitude was poor. I arranged the room next to the elevator. I said that I could change one. She said that she could not change it after she sold it out. When I arrived at the room, I found that the blinds were bad. I called the front desk and sent people to see the instructions. The next night we came back from the outside and found that the curtains were not repaired. I went to the front desk and asked why it was that. The young waitress wearing glasses had a very bad attitude. I was not allowed to change the room. She said that she could only switch to the same location on the fourth floor, which means that it was still noisy next to the elevator. Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.

After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Very bad! It's hard to imagine that guests were allowed to check in without changing the flyers. That ** is a fine spot, damn it, the more I think about it, the more disgusting it becomes! Sadly, I only found out the next morning. We advise you to check in advance when you check in The front desk apologized. In such a situation, you can really not pay or you can ask for compensation! The stay fee of more than 1,000 yuan is such a poor hotel, and it is also a chain.

Hotel location is very convenient, breakfast is good, parking is convenient, hotel decoration and facilities: a bit old, but the room is very good, suitable for travel, it is recommended

The room was somewhat clean, but the bathroom had 2 dead bugs. The staff at the lobby was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, but it got crowded around 8-8 30am so the waiting line for the toaster was pretty long. It was quiet at night, and since the facility is pretty new, it was quite clean overall.

The safety of Marriott's accommodation is guaranteed, but the room facilities are relatively old.

The rooms are well equipped and not far from the airport, 8 minutes drive is very convenient. I feel that the surrounding position is relatively biased. The heater is used in the room, and there is intermittent noise when using.
