The hotel only opened in 2025, the environment is good, clean and comfortable. The hotel's swimming pool is disinfected with sea salt and does not harm the skin. There are countless restaurants around the hotel, as well as theaters and bowling courts. Across the road is Richmond Mall, , the busiest business district in this town.

People were nice at the desk but hotel needs some clean up. Door had a big crack as you entered front desk. The room was clean just bedside lamp didn’t work and the plugin didn’t work. Parking lot had need for clean up. Outside door didn’t work with key and room key quit twice during stay.
