Miramar Beach Hotels with Parking

The hotel was immaculately presented, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location suited our needs for walking distance to the New Year’s Eve celebrations.

The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite—always smiling. Walk across the street to the beach or eat or shop. Food was delicious . We LOVED it. . We will go back.

Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel.
