The room facilities are OK, the air conditioner is too old and the noise is relatively loud. The elevator is also very old-fashioned, slow, basically I climb the stairs without luggage, but much faster. There are too few options for breakfast, and there is basically no change after a week. Hot water and coffee in the lobby are enough.

Everything was wonderful! Especially loved the deer coming to visit in the evening!

The General Manager and staff Nicole are such sincere, lovely, kind people. This hotel is perfect for families and also business travelers like myself. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks, and loved every bit of it!!!

This hotel is located at walkable distance from Neil Dutch Village, We stayed here for night during Tulip festival. Convenient to reach all tourist attraction in Holland. Little expensive but I think it was due to tulip festival and many tourist were visiting Holland. Rooms were clean and breakfast was included in our stay. Overall good option to stay.

The staff were professional and pleasant. The facility needs to be updated in general. There are exposed pipes behind the closet to the bathroom. And the bathroom shower area needs to be updated. There is also little barrier between rooms regarding sound and also smoke. While, I know there’s a no smoking policy there were people smoking in the evening and it wafted it into our room. And no, I did not report the smoking as I did not want to start an issue with our neighbors.

Breakfast, room and service are all very good. The swimming pool is also pretty good. Lake Michigan nearby is beautiful. There are many delicious places in the city center. Recommend this hotel

This was a great hotel for a weekend getaway with the family. Pool and hot tub were amazing!!! Location was great, safe area close to the lake. Definitely recommend

The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant. We were late checking in and had no problems at all. We will be happy to stay there again if the occasion should another trip north,

Facilities are very good overall. The parking lot is also spacious. But compared to other accommodations The price is high.

We received a very warm welcome. All the staff were very friendly. The room was a good size and appeared to have been recently renovated. However, it seemed to have suffered some water damage to the wall, which gave off an unpleasant odor. The room was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a refrigerator, microwave, safe, ironing board, coffee maker, and toiletries. Even bottled water was available for an extra charge. We hadn't booked any meals, but there are two restaurants on site.
