If you encounter any problems, the counter staff can handle them immediately.
The fireplace outside the bar is quite cozy

GGuest UserGreat location, clean and kind staff at the front desk! One thing we noticed is the gap from the carpet to the door, just a safety thing but fixed with a towel laid across. Suggestion maybe (obviously known) there is a sports tournament nearby where most of the hotel is booked with players and families, breakfast could be ready to go so players can eat before they have to leave and staff be understanding why hungry young athletes are waiting around patiently.

GGuest UserVisited Wesley Chapel 1/25-1/26, booked Residence Inn 30 minutes away from another lodging area. I am so glad I made the choice to stay here. Everything from check in to check out was excellent.

TTAOThe location of the hotel is very good, there are many businesses, including supermarket restaurants, etc. opposite. The hotel’s 24-hour coffee is very good, the room facilities are newer, there is free parking, suitable for bringing children

GGuest UserI use to manage Marriott properties. This hotel is not a Marriott, but it has become as comfortable and accommodating and I will be staying at this Rodeway Inn, whenever I am in the area.
The desk clerk that checked me in, made the difference.

RRoland Heinrich BauerFür 140€ würde ich ein weitaus besser ausgestattetes Zimmer, einen barrierefreien Zugang und ein vernünftiges Frühstück erwarten. USB Outlets waren integriert in die Nachtischlampe und waren absolut langsam unterwegs, was nicht ausreichte die Zusatzbatterie über Nacht zu laden. Kein Müsli, kein Wurst, kein Käse. Mit Ausnahme der Banane und dem Kaffee alles süß und Fastfood mit one time use Besteck und Teller.

GGuest UserI used a 3rd party app called vio.com and in the middle of filling it out something came up about Incase you don't make it you can cancel and get your money back. So I hit the button and then it said for $63 and it went right onto my chime account and I couldn't get it off and then I contacted trip.com because that's who it was through not even through vio.com and they refuse to pay me my money back.
Did rip off they're shady cuz it didn't even give an amount it just b******* and then it took him 72 hours to give me a no you can't have your money back..
