JJamesThe hotel is right next to the airport and provides a free shuttle bus to the airport. It is more convenient to catch a plane. The front desk service is also good, the bus driver is very friendly, or recommend this hotel

SSherrie MorrisonI had a very good experience at this hotel. Close to the airport, customer service was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast with delicious, enjoyed my stay. Will stay here again on my next trip to Richmond.

YYongbudiaolingdelanlianhua我們預訂的房型可以。但我們入住時（2023年聖誕期間）酒店有部分房間在裝修，一層過道有裝修味道。酒店對面有家墨西哥餐廳很不錯。酒店早餐時間比起其它酒店收餐時間太早，我們按平時習慣下去時已無早餐。希望以後去這家酒店的客人一定要問清楚早餐時間。

GGuest UserThe hotel was conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to food and shops perfect for a short visit. For the price and the room I think you get a great deal especially in the surrounding area, stayed in the one bedroom king suite which is setup like a cozy one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, dining bar, living room area, bathroom outside of the bedroom and the bedroom with king bed. Room was clean and setup was as pictured only complaints are the elevators are broken so we had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs and the phones in room don’t work, and there is no service attendant to bring you extra towels or linen you have to go to the front desk to get it yourself. Staff was pleasant, check in was seamless and so is check out would stay again
