Karissa SandovalWe were unable to stay here due to dangerous winter storms delaying our trip. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and told us they would be willing to honor our reservation for a different date but we would have to have Trip.com rebook it for us. Unfortunately Trip.com said they were unable to rebook this trip or provide a refund so my only complaints are about this booking service as they said that the hotels policy prevented them from making this modification despite the fact that we directly spoke to the hotel and they were very willing to accommodate us.

karen87087The hotel is great because the parent company is so big. The service is not bad, the breakfast is good. There is an indoor pool and gym. The price is generally the same. The waterfall in this city is great and worth going
